Beware of any type of debit card or credit card transaction you make. On 09/03/22 It started to storm real bad I went through the drive-thru they claim that my card declined which it didn't I pulled up my bank online information which showed the transaction went through I asked if maybe it was their system. Even after I showed them proof they said it didn't I said yes it did so I asked if I can get a manager's name a district manager's name in case that transaction goes through or can I have a receipt showing the transaction did not go through and it was me going back and forth to get the information. Finally I got the infomation she told me that call this person who was on the recepit. I called my bank. I was advised transaction was valid, I did not get my food totaling $18.69. I called up to the store asked for a Denise they said she was not there it sounded like the same person in the drive through and they said come tomorrow as I was talking she hunged up on me. I went up there the following day same lady who helped me to drive-through she's a so called manager who had the bad attitude and very unsympathetic and very condescending and really did not want to correct the transaction. Again ask for the district manager's name and no one could not give me a name also I was given a false name and lady tried to ckear it up by saying thats her nick name. Again the customer service was horrible and she even laughed in my face about the situation. Read moreI enjoy eating at Braums, but my visit (probably my last) at this location was terrible. Since the drive- thru line was long I decided I'd go into the store to place a to-go order. I was in line behind two groups ordering ahead of me, and as I waited I witnessed most of the employees were horsing around and huddling in groups talking with each other about things irrelevant. I couldn't help but notice how unclean the kitchen was... ice cream and shake mix spattered all over the place, dirty mirrors and equipment, the floor was atrocious... but I still placed my order. In the meantime went to the restroom; all along I was listening to orders ready to pick up being called over the intercom. My number was 401 and I heard 398...399... and before 400 was called I returned to wait for 401 to be called. My number was skipped and after patiently waiting my number was never called. Suddenly there was an influx of customers and there was mass confusion from the kitchen because orders were not correct, and I couldn't help but think had they not been goofing of the problem would have been avoided. Anyway was asked my order number I said 401 and a cook insists he announced 401 some time ago... that never occurred. At this point they had to make my order because as he concluded, someone else must have taken my food. The cashier was clueless about how to keep the counter flowing and addressing customers needs that help create such a disaster. By the time I got my food and then waited to get the shake to go along with it frustration took over my desire to enjoy my meal. Read moreI had tossed and turned all night Wednesday night thinking about Braum’s Ice Cream! Woke up EARLY Thursday to find out what time they start serving ICE CREAM. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were open and already prepared to serve the public!
My daughter and I drove over right away to grab a waffle cone. Marie was there to take our order. I heard her precious voice and new right away she had been the person over the phone. Marie spoke up, “Did you just call?” I informed her that it had indeed been ME. 😂
Marie politely took our order. Gave us instructions about pulling around and where to wait. Again, it was early. It didn’t appear to be anyone else there helping out just yet. She never complained though. Multitasking was vibrant!
I was informed of some new flavors. I let her know we’d be back to get a few. Now I can’t stop wondering what’s new at Braum’s! The order looked delicious! I drove back home extremely HAPPY. I wrote this because I appreciate the kind customer service we received from Marie. I also value having a friendly and clean place close by with WORKING ice cream machines. Marie?
