Captain D's — Restaurant in Duncanville

Hubby and I decided to come back today again the older Hispanic lady was so busy looking at my husband she messed up on our orders she gave us someone else order and had a bad attitude she always rushing than when I came back in she asked as if she didn't see us waiting at the counter to return our food she gave me the two lady that ordered before us than she came with my order and she checked it herself so I was checking to make sure she didn't make a mistake again she got angry and said it's right got home sge didn't even give me the lemon pepper I ask for on my fish she told me that I cant do that out of all the 14yrs I have been coming to Captain D I have never had this problem she Im use to the man that works in the kitchen with the black glasses and the old Hispanic girls thats been working their she is mean and disrespectful I tried my best not to get rude back but this is unacceptable you made the mistake and you tell me I thought you'll was all together no you didn't because the younger cashier had taken the other two lady orders and the older Hispanic lady that I'm complaining about took my husband and our order if you don't remember the customer order you just took it's something wrong because we was only four people that was in line so she only had one order to remember and she gave us the wrong food and to make matters worst it was raining hard so I had to come back inside of the restaurant wet and get back into the car when I got home my husband and I food was undercooked and this is not the first time she had an attitude and was looking into my husband eyes and flirting with him she wasn't taking our order on that day the young girl did and she was trying to correct her and my husband was like the young lady got my order right she is very mean to the younger workers and need to be fired because if I have to keep dealing with her I will not be returning to this location the male cook and one of the older workers know my family because we have been coming to Captain D for 14 yrs and I have told a lot of people about this restaurant and I was the first person who use to post pictures about how good this place is and how good the customer service is but she have made me change my mind I highly upset this occurred at 1:00pm Date...

The little short older Hispanic lady that's a cashier is very rude her attitude is very horrible I have came here several times and even when customers ask her about meals she don't look at them she turn her head and have a attitude like she don't want to explain the menu to the customers some people was elderly who couldn't see the menu well and asked for help and she got upset my husband stated it's time for her to find another job because her attitude is very unprofessional and she act like she don't want to be there to corporate you'll need to look at the camera's and see how she have been treating the customers she would say I can help the next person in line but when they come up to the register she get upset when asked a simple question her job is to serve the customers with a smiles and be polite I have been coming here for years and never had to witness this type of behavior the food has changed as well and the customers don't come regular and I see why because of her attitude she try to boss everyone around but her attitude is not right I wish they would hire someone else in her place she make the customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome shouldn't no one feel this way while ordering food I will never tell no one else to come here again if she is at this location I'm going to start going to Wings and Rings good customer service...

They put the chairs up at 830 PM so that people will think they are closed and not come in. I mean they leave a few down in the middle where no one can see but they don't close till 11pm. customers know you aren't supposed to put the chairs up 3 full hours before close Y'all aren't Even high school kids Y'all middle aged women you know better. I don't know why people who work at places like this think the customers never worked fast food or a restaurant. Most people started out at a place like this. their weren't enough restaurants and businesses closed down the last couple of years y'all want the one y'all work at to close too? I bet y'all complain to when y'all don't get enough hours but y'all got one customer on the inside cause y'all try to make the store...
