I hope this message finds you well. As a long-time patron of Mason's Chicken & Seafood, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, which unfortunately was far from what I have come to expect from your establishment.
During my visit today, I encountered a situation with one of your staff members that left me deeply unsettled. The young lady who took my order displayed an unprofessional attitude that was surprising and disappointing. Instead of the friendly and welcoming service I’ve always appreciated, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. She seemed to ignore my concerns and responded with an extreme attitude, which made my experience quite uncomfortable.
It’s important to emphasize that customer service plays a crucial role in the dining experience. It's often said that good service can elevate even a mediocre meal, while poor service can overshadow a great one. This incident has caused me to reconsider my frequent visits, as I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances.
I hope this feedback encourages a focus on training staff to maintain professionalism and to leave personal issues at the door. I genuinely want to see Mason's thrive, as I have enjoyed many meals there in the past. Being that I had a taste for a pork chop and remember that Mason’s had some of the best back when I was in high school I decided to go back. Whoever was working the drive thru TONIGHT, TUESDAY OCTOBER 7TH 2025 has the absolute worst customer service, very bad attitude and is extremely rude for no cause at all. You never know who you’re serving and word of mouth goes far with businesses and can ruin a businesses reputation. I will NEVER return back to this location and as I can see by other reviews that others have had an issue with someone with bad customer service as well. Read moreCame at 930. They made it very clear they closed at 10. We had a group of about 15 people so I guess they prefer no business over people coming in when they are ready to go home. Another employee was sitting in the lobby. Bad attitude girls that should stay home if they don't want to smile at people. Idk why this place seems to not be able to hire nice people. It's been a problem for a while now. We actually didn't want to come BC we knew we were a big party and had experienced eyes rolling before for bringing in big parties. But we didn't want to go too far. Cook is great and nice. Food was fresh to order.
