THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the second time we went to this place and the first time was okay, I mean both times it looked like the people there hate their job and look bothered when weâre placing our order. This time, I placed my order as followsâŚCan I please have a Blue coconut lush, medium. The boy at the window said okay, what else? I said Do you have white coconut? He said, we have clear so I said okay. I want the exact same coconut lush but, with clear coconut in medium as well. He looked like he understood and said okay. I paid and waited. He gave me the blue coconut lush first. Then handed me just a regular clear coconut snocone. I said, I order another coconut lush with clear coconut. He said thatâs not what you said. I said yes, after i ordered the blue one, I said I want the exact same thing with clear. The girl that was with him pushed aside and said let me talk to her. She then asked what I said so I proceeded to tell her the EXACT SAME THING and she said well, we typically donât offer the lush that way so, you should have been specific. I looked at her and said itâs still coconut just different colors. Like wow! How much more specific does one have to be after saying give me the exact same thing, just a different color coconut. She then said if you want Iâll add the toppings to charge you. I said no, thatâs fine & drive off. Neither of these two clearly had no common sense at all and it shows cause I think when I said I want the exact same thing just a different color coconut on the second one, I thought I sounded pretty specific. If they felt they needed to charge me whatever for the second one cause itâs a same flavor but different color well, they should have just said so before giving me the wrong item with horrible service to follow. Itâs just clear if you donât have common sense, it just canât be taught! If you decide to go here, make sure you speak to them as you would a child thatâs learning otherwise, itâs not their fault you werenât more specific, the snocones are good but, customer service sucks! And for me to give my money to a company, I need better...
   Read moreVERY RUDE to loyal customers! NEVER spending any other dime here. My husband, my son, and I come here almost everyday to support. She asks him for a review every time , for one. Then today, Iâm not sure if she had an attitude towards my husband bc she thought he hadnât gave her a review or what but she gave him his snow cone EXTREMELY messy, dripping, and sticky. He then asked for another cup like theyâve given before, and employee says âno problemâ but comes back and says âyouâd have to pay for another cupâ. He asked for napkins instead and went to get some but when the window opened, it was the owner who was ready to start a problem for some odd reason. With no napkins, She immediately asked my husband âdo you want me to throw that away for you?â We are all confused atp.. she then looks at some napkin on the ground and tells my husband he needs to pick that up bc if not sheâs the one who has to. Still confused, my husband says he is waiting for napkins bc he doesnât have any and he did not make that mess. Iâm not sure what your problem was today but it was very unprofessional and unpleasant ESPECIALLY for parents coming home from work looking for a treat. Weâll be looking else where from now on . Paying for a cup is understandable, no problem ( even though youâve offered one before) , asked for napkins but got served an attitude instead. We loved this place and even bring our siblings but she doesnât appreciate her customers. No apology or anything!    Read moreSLOW, OVERPRICED, RUDE OWNER I was going here every other day, or so, for plain shaved ice, but a majority of my visits were displeasing enough for me to stop going completely.
I was the only person in the drive-thru line. However, I had to turn my car off, because it took so long to receive (1) medium ice cup. I could hear the servers laughing, and playing inside. I waited almost 10 minutes for my order, with no apology nor explanation for the wait time. For the most part, the teenagers working were always professional, and very cordial. It is the OWNER, that Iâve experienced not so friendly service from. I was shocked one day when she shoved my cup out to me, and slammed the window shut. I couldnât ask for anything else. Other times, she has pressured me into upgrading the size to one of the larger sizes, suggesting I could freeze it. I always know what I want to order, and may be out and about, and not wanting to order a larger size. It got to a point if I saw her vehicle outside the shop, I wouldnât even stop knowing my past experiences with her.
I give this place one star, and that is due to the courtesy of some of the servers. I would not recommend this...
