Panaderia Tejupilco — Restaurant in Duncanville

I discovered this place because I was searching for panaderias on the way home from work and didn’t want to go out of my way to reach one. The conchas are some of the best I’ve ever had. They’re so soft and taste delicious. I brought some to my family and they haven’t bought from anywhere else since! I can’t wait for Christmas so I can share with more of my family when we all get together. Can’t recommend this...

I've been coming to this gem for a couple of years now. The Mexican sweet breads are fresh and not overly sweet. The barbacoa and menudo on the weekends is better than the chain markets. Not a lot of variety. The texture of the empanadas was very different...very crumbly. I stopped by in the morning wanting only pumpkin empanadas but they were already out.
