I would never recommend or suggest this location to anyone. I placed an online order for 3 pizza and a salad, all light on the sauce. It took 23-25 mins to prepare ( sitting in the car the entire time). Once the tracker stated ready i went in told the young lady my name she went to get my oder placed it on the counter told me $31.89...took 2 seconds for her to take my money ($40) and hand me my change. First i looked at the salad to make sure it sas fresh..perfect. I then opened one of the pizza boxes and notice that the middle part was gooey (under cooked) and the sauce seeping through the cheese (this would not be light sauce). The second pizza look like it had just been thrown in the box and the sauce and toppings were all over the inside of the box and lid (once again not light sauce) as was the third, heavy on the sauce. I pointed this out to the employees once someone returned to the counter to assist me and no response as to why it looked that way. The young lady did state we can remake that one, i advised its all of them that are incorrect and to refund my money. She said one moment and went to i assume an office on the side and spoke with the manager. Once she returned said she would to get everything back, i handed her my change and she placed it back in the draw and said it will be a moment, she stepped away for a moment and retuned and said it will take a moment (??). I asked how long will it take, she said about 10 mins ....why! She said she (manager i assume) is helping someone clock in...wtw! I waited 23 mins to get food, took you 2 seconds to take my $$ and its going to take 10 mins for me to get My Money Back ! So forget that i am the customer and that's what this business is built on. Im not sure if this a franchise .... Dominos may want to keep a closer eye on their brand and who is representing them. The group at this location does not give a damn in hell about customer service and this is why you have so many bad reviews in such a short time. The young man that finally decided to come assist the young lady with my refund seem to be a little irritated that i was asking and that he had to take it from another register... This was my first and last time ordering from...
Read moreOn 12/20, my teenaged client ordered a pizza and additional items to be delivered exactly across the street to Center of Attraction Hair Gallery. After the order was delivered, it was discovered that pizza slices were missing and the other food items were not hot.
I decided to handle this situation for my teenaged client because the outcome may have been different and because I am this salon's owner that is an approved Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Continuing Education Provider who teaches health safety and sanitation. When I walked over to Dominoes, the employee that delivered the food saw me coming and started laughing before I entered the building. She then lied and said she gave me the wrong order and that they were making me another pizza. I explained to her that the order was correct and that she intentionally did what she did and a refunded was requested. She laughed throughout this entire process, apologized, but showed no remorse in what she did.
I asked for the manager who witnessed this conversation, who issued the refund, but never said a word. The continued laughter of the insubordinate employee was very provoking in addition to knowing that the employee tampered with and stole the food. She was advised that corporate would be called and that she was going to lose her job and her response was, "so, I will find me another one". My suggestion to Dominoes is to allow her to do just that because she is bad for your brand!
I reported this incident to the Duncanville Health Department and sent a message through Twitter from @SharlaWooten. I have not heard from anyone at this time and do not feel confident in this locations onsite management that was on staff the day of this incident. I am a proud Duncanville business owner of 20 years who is known to be a good neighbor and I do not plan to patronize this location again. It truly saddens me to have to write this review but it was necessary.
Kind regards, Sharla Wooten - Owner Center of Attraction...
Read moreI ordered car side pickup. When I arrived I followed the given instructions of checking in on the app and turning on the hazards. I saw my name on the screen in the store. While I was waiting, I saw multiple employees coming and going. Walking behind the front counter and yet my order was not being brought out. I was the only car waiting for car side pickup. I kept waiting and saw customers going in and picking up their orders. My car was very visible to the person at the counter assisting the customers going in the store. After a long time waiting I went inside to get my order since no one was bringing it out. I asked the girl at the counter why my order was not brought out and she said there must be something wrong with the system. That makes absolutely no sense since I saw my name on the screen and I was the only car waiting with my hazard lights on. I have had issues at this Dominoes before but I think I’m done with this location. Please do not offer a service to customers if your store is not...
