Wendy's — Restaurant in Duncanville

9/2/23: Thought we would try this Wendy's again. Bad choice. Must be idiot day again. The salad that was ordered is spelled C-A-E-S-A-R not C-O-B-B! I'm allergic to tomatoes and any part of the lettuce touched by tomatoes has to be thrown out. What a waste and bad customer service. If you can't spell, you're doing the wrong job! 8/24/23: Usually has good food. But we wouldn't know today. Counter person didn't give us all we ordered. Hope that person or the next customer enjoyed the free food. Damn! Wished people cared about their job and DID IT! Like, CHECKING THE ORDER to make sure it's complete. 5/4/23: Aggravated at Wendy's and my friend who went to get the food. Order person had a HANDWRITTEN list of what we're ordering. #1 double w/medium sweet tea, 3 baked potatoes butter only, AND a CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD. We were there to redeem a T-Mobile deal for a spicy chicken sandwich. We never had a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s so, we were really excited to try it! But, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any fast food place; I would rather drive another 10mins to go to another Wendy’s or just NEVER go to Wendy’s again. Very poor terrible customer service like it didn’t exist and they have the audacity to blame the customer for already redeeming the coupon, when they told me I had to download their app and make an account on the app right in front of them. It's always a horrible experience I will never go back again. No star's it good for this location. I work near this location. Myself and others at my company sometimes go here on our lunch break. Never again. I tried once more today at 12:51pm. I was the only person in line, and I wasted money for cold, old french fries. And to be looked at in the second window like I had something on my face. So I had to ask them both, " is something wrong?" $ 13.36 in the trash...😠 😡 😤.
