I have had many issues with this location, I even used to work there many many years ago and it was not this bad.
The workers play around too much on the night shift, not only that but the drive through will consistently take like 10-15 minutes for a employee to speak to you, this has happened like 4-5 times the past month and when they finally speak to you after waiting that long to get a answer they tell you they aren't taking orders right now.
Whenever you order through another service like Doordash, the orders 70% of the time are wrong, there was one time where I ordered 3 separate days and the meal was missing something or didn't follow the instructions for the order. The consistency from this location is horrible on getting orders right normally but through services like Doordash the consistency is way worse on getting orders right.
Also I noticed this location never properly makes their McGriddles correctly and microwaves them instead of using the toaster ovens like they are supposed to just to be faster which ruins the quality. The griddle buns are mushy and gross instead of having that baked crisp feel. Every other location in the area does it the right way but this location is lazy, mostly night shifts but even when I get food on days it's the same.
Sadly I work nights and am forced to come to this location being the only 24 hour one...
Read moreOnly good thing out of my 6 sandwiches and 2 large fries were the fries! The girl that took my order through the drive thru was ok I guess but the boy that gave me my food looked like he didn't want to be bothered. I got my food and of course I checked it since most McDonalds always leaves something out of your bag. I noticed I had two sandwiches missing. I looked back over to the window and the boy was still close and just looked at me. I then had to wave my hand at him, he looked at me for at least another 30 seconds and then stepped closer to the window and opened it. He didn't even ask what was wrong, just opened the window and looked at me! I told him I was missing 2 sandwiches, he asked for my receipt and then said "move forward and wait." He could have been a bit nicer and maybe a little personality, ya know it is customer service! I waited 5 mins and finally got my other 2 sandwiches and was on my way. Got home and more than half the sandwiches the buns were hard around the edges and on 2 of them it was half of the bun that was hard😑 All sandwiches were mushed and very messy🙄 I have worked in food services and customer service for over 20 years, u don't serve a customer food that u wouldn't eat yourself, yes even with fast food! Read moreYou guys have GOT to do better! Every time I or anyone I know comes here later at night (10pm pm. Or later) the drive thru is a MESS. Line backed up out onto wise ave, sitting in line for over 30 minutes. Just to get up to the window to see whatever employee working frantically trying to gather all the things you've ordered and deal with the massive back up of cars. STAFF MORE PEOPLE! DO A BETTER JOB OF RUNNING YOUR RESTAURANT! It is absolutely not the fault of the employees working (mostly) from what I see they are trying their best but I always ask "you guys short handed?" And they ALWAYS say it's only a few of them working. Tonight I had to wait while door dashers were mobbing the window to get their deliveries because they couldn't even turn in off the street. Let alone what the employees deal with from a bunch of angry customers that just sat in line for 40 minutes for some McDonald's. I don't like eating fast food much for obvious reasons but with my schedule and life it ends up happening more than I'd like and this was usually my go to but NOT ANYMORE and I hope alot of people stop going. Not supporting a place that can't even staff enough people to make it so things can run how they should. Either don't stay open all night or learn how to be a 24...
