This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, last night I spent $44 on the worst food and service. Never again will we be going to this location again. Last night I stopped by being rudely rushed from the beginning, all staff are rude and inappropriate. The cashier repeated herself twice with a strong tone in her voice and attitude, they charged me for every item yet missed a few and I had to remind them, for that I got extra attitude in return as well. Then when pulling up to the second window there was a Spanish lady cursing and yelling very inappropriate things in Spanish I guess assuming I would not understand her, thankfully I am bilingual. Finally, I get home to eat what we bought for a family of 5, every item was cold and missing ingredients, nothing was how we ordered it. None of it was appetising, the whole point of going to McDonald's was to not cook and either way I ended up having to cook for my family. None of us ate what we bought, everything was cold, dry, missing normal ingredients it should have, one of the burgers was missing a meat patty, and the fries were extremely over salted.    Read moreWe decided to go to McDonalds today for lunch and we see the sign out front, 2 for $5 and it even has it on the inside TV screens flashing 2 for $5 with all the options and choices.We go to the kiosk to order our food, but it doesn't come up 2 for $5 so we go to the register and they tell us it ended today. We ask why does it still show on all of the signs everywhere including outside 2 for $5, and since you still have all of the signs up you need to honor that deal for us. They tell us sorry, we can't change the price and the deal is not in the system anymore. So we ask for the manager and the manager Sylvia would not even come over to talk to us, but told the cashier that we would have to come back later so we could talk to the other manager who is not there now. We are just like are you kidding me have you ever heard of customer service and not false advertising??? So we said bye we'll just go to Subway.    Read moreThis place is an absolute joke most days especially in the evenings and weekends. Wrong orders, poor customer service from staff to managers, incompetence at best. Forget it if you have an issue. They will not help you at all and make you feel like you are the problem. Iâve had multiple issues with this store and online app ordering causing me to be overcharged. Canât cancel the order nor get a refund, they try to pawn you off to the app customer service which tells you itâs the stores responsibility for the refund. Wrong items down to getting a Coke instead of a tea, missing items from your order. Broken equipment constantly. The employees are either high, unmanaged teens, lazy or just a combination of all of the above.
And this is a corporate store. You would think it would be the gold standard. Nooooppppeeee. Glad the managers are getting paid up to 93K to do...
