I came in to store late,about 20 minutes to close.Was just going to get new laces,but did also need to replace my boots. Normally when I go in,the sales person brings out boots and unboxes and helps with boot install.I was handed the box.Tried on boots and they felt a little loose for new boots.I was told I had 30 days to try them and return if still feeling loose.I thought maybe she would say let's measure your feet and see if we can try something different. Well, anyway,the boots still feel a little loose on the sides. Maybe some foot sole inserts might help? Planning on returning to try a different size and measurements of feet first. My return experience was much better, different salesperson. Very helpful and understanding! I left with a 1/2 size smaller boot that felt better at the store. After a few weeks though I realized I should have stayed with first pair or try different style 🥾. I went back to store,and again salesperson was very nice and understanding! I was told that normally they only allow one return,but they would help me out this time. Overall very happy with second 2 visits! Not the happiest that I had to pay extra $80 bucks for insoles that compared to my other Redwing boots I've purchased. Read moreBrought my son to buy a pair of boots for work. He came from over 100miles to meet me here to help him. He paid over $330 for a pair if boots and care products. I had to use the bathroom and judging by employees must wash hands sign on wall going towards the backroom I figured they had one. I was told no public bathroom but you can walk next door to Jimmy John's or walgreens outside and down the strip mall. 🤔 spending $300+ on boots and products and you don't even have a bathroom for your customers. I used the JJ bathroom and purchased a drink. I told them RW tells it's customers to use their bathroom. They said Tmobile been telling their customers the same thing and it's getting agitating. Soon on the JJ customers can use the restroom if they buy things. Lady working behind counter took a private call and brung the cordless phone out to the parked cars.. she was very rude. The 3 gentlemen working there were all great. 1 of them was Jamie. He was the one who was helping me directly. He definitely went the extra mile for me. He listened to what I needed and then explained in detail everything that they had to offer. He made sure everything fit properly before I walked out the door. Everything was great about this store.
