Went into this sprint store two months ago to upgrade my android phone to an IPhone 7 plus. Dennis seem to be very helpful with helping me with the transition. During the process he mentioned that Sprint was running a promotion for free iPads and I only had to pay for data. My first thought was this is to good to be true. I told him I did not want to pay for anything "EXTRA". He looked me straight in the face and told a Big bold a** lie. Low and behold I get a bill for 600 and something dollars for equipment charges . Remind you, I paid my phone bill down to 0 so there is no way I should have a bill for this amount. I tried calling customer service to discuss this issue they told me I had I had to go back into the store. I finally get around to going into the store to speak with Dennis. I told him what was going on that I'm being charged for the iPads. I verified my information so he could take a look at my bill. The first thing that made me believe he was aware of what was going on is, he started talking very low. I'm asking him why am I being charged for something that was free? He is looking over my account and started talking about charges that had nothing to do with the charges for the equipment. I continue to ask him why would he lie just to get a sale, his response was just pay it and they will credit it back to your account in two months.đ My first reaction was to punch him in the face because he is telling me to just pay it like it's a $10 charge or something. I'm like well you told me they were free so you need to make some type of adjustment to my account. He tells me that he can't make adjustments I have to wait for the credit. After 20 mins of getting no where I called customer service while I was in the store to see if someone can help me out. The representative tells me to tell him to just credit the account because if it's not paid within 48 hours my service will be interrupted. By this time I am so agitated I asked for the store manager. I'm guessing they rehearsed this crap because he also started talking about charges that had nothing to do with this issue. As of now I have yet to receive a call back from Karen in customer service from last week. I did speak with a manager from the call center that really went over and beyond to help with some of the charges on the bill. Because Dennis put the promotion in as if I was buying the Ipads I'm stuck paying the bills. I think the best thing as a sales associates if you messed up just own up to it. He did nothing to try to help with the problem he created. His response to everything was you'll get a credit just pay the bill. Forget the fact that I'm paying for free IPads as long as he made a sale. I'm not going to stop complaining until something is done about this bill and his lying self. No apology, No let me see what I can do.....Nothing. Very unacceptable. Don't trust anything this store says cause obviously they don't care about...

I'm writing this to warn others about Corporate T-Mobile's predatory billing practices. I signed up under their "risk-free trial" promotion, but what followed was anything but risk-free.
After deciding the service wasn't for me, I returned everything within the trial period. Simple right? Wrong. T-Mobile proceeded to send me TWO separate unauthorized bills. Each time, I had to waste hours of my time calling their customer service. Their own representatives reviewed the account and confirmed I WASN'T AT FAULT.
Just when I thought it was resolved, I received notice from a debt collection agency trying to collect money I don't owe! This has now impacted my credit score because T-Mobile failed to do their job MULTIPLE TIMES.
Despite having confirmation from their own staff that I owe nothing, I'm now forced to deal with debt collectors and credit damage. This is unacceptable business practice and appears intentionally deceptive.
BUYER BEWARE: Document everything, record calls, and think twice before trusting T-Mobile's "risk-free" promises. They clearly don't value customer time or honesty.

Read moreI've been with Sprint for over two and a half years. I bought an unlocked phone and called Sprint and they told me to stop by thid store to get the SIM card for it. When I walked in they told me they don't have any SIM cards there that I would have to go to Rolling Meadows to get it! I called Sprint back and they said, no sir, they have the card there for you. Then I called this store back and told him that I wanted to be a NEW Sprint customer, that I had an unlocked phone, and if I signed up, would they have the card to install in my phone right there so that I have a working phone? they said yes we do, and we can take care of it right here in the store!? I said are you sure that you have the card there once I sign up because I need a working phone, they said yes sir come in either today or tomorrow and we'll get that all taken care of. Clearly they lied in the very beginning because maybe they're based off of commission probably and they wouldn't make anything off of just giving me a SIM card that Sprint told me to pick up over there for free. They are totally dishonest at the store I would...
