Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dunedin

I live right down the street near this Dunkin, and have been consistently going there before class or work to grab a quick latte through the drive thru. Only on a rare occasion have my drinks or food been right, and I don’t know if it’s my ignorance or their lack of care that makes their establishment worse. I love Dunkin’ donuts, their coffees are amazing and food is cheap and hot, however this location has been the worst one I have ever visited. The staff is burnt out, consistently messing up orders and answering guests with attitudes, and just as today my latte didn’t even taste edible. It had no ice or milk, just black coffee in a plastic cup with syrup. I called the manager just to give a heads up, even acknowledging I did not want to receive any free drink or meal, just wanted an apology or a friendly reminder. Instead I got a rude manager stating her “veteran” employee always makes the drinks perfectly, and from how she was stating it made me as a customer feel like I was in wrong to bring it to her attention in the first place. She continued to tell me that maybe I placed MY ORDER WRONG! I order my coffee the same every morning…😒😒. I read her my sticker and told her I could drive by and give it to her. She was the most stuck-up leader I have ever witnessed. Last time I was their she forgot my cold foam, and rolled her eyes when I brought it to her attention! Never a welcoming experience there, and the management is by far the worst I have ever seen. Their donuts were stale and barely glazed, and it seems like they have no care for their guests. So I’ve been vegetarian since I was about 13/14 , I am almost 20 so it’s been many years. I don’t know if anyone’s aware of this but cross contamination of products can make vegetarians literally sick and not just from being grossed out. My body can not properly digest meat and will make me throw up. I went to eat my sandwich and before even opening the bag it REAKED of bacon. My partner could even smell it. There wasn’t bacon on it but there was clearly bacon grease all over it. I understand not everyone that orders stuff without meat is vegetarian so they didn’t know, and I was apologetic when explaining the situation to them, though I didn’t feel I received the same apologetic energy back. The woman wasn’t rude or anything but I didn’t really feel taken seriously. When they remade the sandwich it had black stuff all over the bottom of the egg. So I didn’t eat it. It could be from the grill but I don’t wanna take my chances and make myself sick. I wouldn’t be complaining if the second sandwich was remade nicely. It’s possible there is nothing wrong with the second one but whoever reads this can be the judge of that by looking at the picture I attach to this. Saturday morning we had placed a pickup order for a dozen donuts all different types and a drink. When my husbands went to pick it up the worker pointed to 2 boxes and the drink. When my husband got home he realized that they had gave him 2 boxes of all glazed donuts, which was completely wrong. My husband took the donuts back and said it was his fault that he didn’t check but was greeted with an aggressive older African American women working there with an attitude from the start. He told her what happened and she took the donuts back. He told her that you know you can’t sell those donuts I just brought back right? Her answer was, “Hmm oh well” didn’t even care about the fact that other customers would be getting what we have already taken home. She then gave him and other worker attitude while they made the order correct, which we found out once he was home was not all the way correct, there was no crème in the crème filled donuts.
