Although their sandwiches are over priced, they are pretty good. Not crazy about their added flavors in theircoffees, they have an odd aftertaste I do not care for. But my major complaint this time was that I couldn't see any bacon sticking out of my sandwich this time so I looked inside and there was one tiny piece maybe 2 inches long! I'm sorry but I have had probably nearly a hundred of them! Suffice it to say that I'm addicted! Usually there is lots of bacon which in my opinion is the best tasting bacon in a breakfast sandwich in any fast food restaurant in this area!So I was quite annoyed so I took it back to the counter and complained. The counter person was very good about it and actually gave me more bacon 🥓 😋. So they did make amends but it should not have happened in the first place. If I had gone through the drive through, I doubt I would have returned. But I wonder if this a common practice at this branch in order to cut costs so sadly I will avoid this branch and head to one I KNOW won't be so stingy! Just remember that while some people may not pay attention because they are busy, those of us who want the most bang for our buck...well we pay attention especially to BACON!! And I want to thank the counter person who rectified this for me. Awww man now I'm thinking about it, got to head out to my local branch...
Read moreIf I can give this place a negative start I would. As a well established company it would be in their best interest to educate the employees mostly your cashier Nicole on customer service. I will make sure I will never step back into this establishment again and not to mention I will continue to make others aware of the treatment I received this morning.
There is no reason on the world a sandwich should take 15 mins to make furthermore when I asked about the hold up the excuse was we only have one person make sandwiches? Questions..... Wouldn't you think that the cashier would say please be patient we are currently backed up there might be a wait. After waiting 15 mins I question the wait Nicole states there is only one girl make sandwiches, I kindly express that wish she informed me to tell me about the wait, well Nicole's responds was that's not her job to tell the customers about the waits? What? Not your job to provide customer service? Well excuse me Nicole that is your job it's called customer service. Lastly let me remind you Nicole and Dunkin if it wasn't for customers walking in the door you wouldn't have a job. Read moreToday I was at the register placing an order and the employee named Sharon or Susan looked me up and down and I paid for my order with my Apple Watch and I put my hand out for the receipt and Sharon or Susan threw it on the counter instead. I walked away and the next customer in line a white lady then pays for her food she hands her receipt and change to her with a polite smile and have a nice day. I said to her you could have handed me the receipt in my hand like you did this lady right here. She didn’t even look at me and walked away from the register and walked to the back. Mind you I was so polite to her so I don’t know what I did to get treated like that. This is not even my first encounter with this lady. Approximately a month ago I ordered a hot coffee that I order very often here for 2.87 she charged me 4.75. I say this is weird it’s usually not that high. Well it turns out she ordered me an ice coffee and that was the reason for the price change. So I tell her I don’t order an ice coffee I ordered a hot. She takes the ice gives me the hot coffee I ordered and only gives me 75 cents. 3 quarters. I should have been given back 1.88 but that wasn’t the case. Everyone else in the store is nice....
