McDonald's — Restaurant in Dunnellon

It was horrible. Reply, does not lead back to McDonald's or to contact them. They want all your information, before replying to a page that you can not reply to in the end.......HIGHLY NOT... recommended. What went wrong was the product quality you served me made me physically sick for two days. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ Tues 16th September GROSS. GREASY RAW OOZING SUBSTANCE WAS NASTY. I tried eating around the edges, they weren't cooked either. I got sick to my stomach and in the bathroom shortly afterwards. Ok I ordered my burger without onions and small fries. I was asked to pull ahead and they'd deliver. I felt like driver behind me was going to hit me, not realizing I was waiting. Waiting for less than one order behind me. They gave me the nastiest raw, greasy and disgusting burger?? Didn't look like it was even the consistency of a meat product 🍔. I wish I had time to return my $9.01 burger? (Greasy ball of yuck) no mustard, barely any ketchup and small fries had no salt., for McDonald's. I was completely disappointed with my experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYING THIS LOCATION.... I love McDonald's OMG!! I practically live here. I come here just about everyday. I am a big McDonald's person. The most thing that I love is that you can't beat the prices here. I don't usually come for breakfast that often, but I do love their coffee and burgers. They always have some good specials going on too. I know most people are probably health conscious and don't see McDonald's the way I do, but McDonald's does offer some healthy items for those kind of people. I often get their side salads. Their side salads are really good they're the perfect amount and you get all the best greens. I don't usually get their $5.00 sandwiches or combo meals, because I am on a budget, but my most favorite thing on McDonald's menu is their $2.00 double cheeseburgers. They're filling and you get your money's worth, but I also get their McChicken's and sometimes chicken nuggets. There is nothing not to love about McDonald's at least from my point of view. The only thing that I don't like on their menu is Artisan Grilled chicken sandwich. That is my least favorite thing that sandwich has a lot to be desired I'm sorry to say it. It's bland and doesn't have much flavor, but it is a healthy option if you don't want a burger. The Oreo Mcflurry is the bomb it is my most favorite dessert that they have here. In my personal experience of living both on the east and west coast, I have frequented many McDonald's establishments, and in my opinion, only 50% seem to have their "act together." Unfortunately, this location is in the bad 50%! My first stop here - as I am in the process of retiring in a nearby community, and the staff totally goofed up a simple order for only 3 people! AND, there was hardly any line in the drive-through! First, the order taker could not hear me, and I have been told by many people (including professional speakers/presenters) that I have a clear, distinct and eloquent voice. Second, the order came quickly - BUT TOO QUICKLY! I ordered 2 filet o fish sandwiches, and one was left on the prep table and was given 2 sprites when I ordered a sprite and diet coke (which I had to repeat twice to the attendant via the microphone/speaker). As an aside, the speaker mechanism was actually 100% clear! I had to park and physically walk into the restaurant to have more order rectified. I sincerely hope there are other McDonald's within the vicinity, as I will give this local one more chance to prove itself!
