Subway — Restaurant in Dunnellon

Terrible service. These sandwich artists need to be retrained. The veggie patties were broken up so they could fit in small cambros. This resulted in less than a full size patty on our sub. The cambros on the line were all dirty with stray old pieces of food. The bread was hard and over cooked. I asked for a few olives and green peppers and he loaded way too many on. He huffed when I asked him to take some off. On top of that he put all the veggies on the top part of the sub so it fell apart instantly and was incredibly sloppy. I asked for a thin line of LIGHT mayo and chipotle southwest, but he put a huge glob of full fat mayo and chipotle. My sub was oozing with dressing. I know how subway is supposed to be run I worked at for for over 3 years. This store is not following protocol. They need retraining and better customer service. I was extremely disappointed...

Don't waste your time at at subway, especially this one. You will wait in line for 30 minutes due to understaffed apparently with only 1 person working at dinner time, not a very effective way to handle a busy time of your day.... waited in line for over 30 minutes and I was the next in line.... someone before me had a order of 6 or 7 sandwiches and after taking forever to get done with it and having people standing in line she decided to do a online order of another 6 or 7 sandwiches and started making those. I left right then, got gas, drove to Taco Bell and had food before she would have finished with that order.
