Wendy's — Restaurant in Dunnellon

The new habenero fries are not worth the money. 4 bucks for a small fry with a greasy tasteless sauce. Not even worth the price of small order of fries. And the strawberry Frosty is discusting.also got the biggie bag for my wife and of course no fries and no sauce for the nuggets. Wendy's if you want a real manager call me. I'm retired and always dealt with problem employees on there phone.unacceptable. watch out for the little thief at the window with his phone taking pictures of credit cards. And then getting 2800.00 dollars in charges a few days later. Looks like they got rid of the criminals running the credit card scams.. I hope. Looks like there back to the exact change or credit card scam again. I went in yesterday and they told me exact change or credit card. How can a business operate without the ability to give change and not post it on the door. This happened to me twice and both times within a half hour of leaving I got scammed out of over 2800.00 each time. Which means they have a credit card skimmer. But corporate won't do anything to fix the problem . I've called and the district manager must be part of the scam because he doesn't return calls and his voicemail is...

Reading the other reviews. Looks like this location won't last, especially if corporate reads reviews. Obviously no comments by management means they are aware of the problems and don't reply to their customers. Bye-bye WENDY'S Drive through and nobody getting anywhere so I leave to come back on my way back. I sit and wait behind a car waiting to order and waiting and waiting. Finally I order Junior with cheese, ketchup mayo only. I guess that is special order.... please pull up, we'll bring out your order. Well, wait, wait... . the burger was raw and dripping with ketchup and mayo by the spoonfuls all over, luckily, the packaging. It was so gross that I had to toss it, this was a great WENDY'S when they first opened. Not seeing it even being edible at this point. Plus they had no drinks that were made with water or ice? Which is basically everything but Frosty. I wanted to drive back through to get my money back and saw a huge line again.

This place needs the health department called on them. My last visit there will be my last visit ever. During my visit I witnessed several people violating health codes. Not wearing gloves, touching their greasy face and then touching food, handling money and then handling food with no gloves, handling money with gloves and then handling food without changing gloves, no hair nets and most of their employees have their hair down. One of the male employees was scratching their groin area and then touching the food. The heavy-set blond manager was digging in her hair to scratch her head and then immediately went to touching food. This is just getting absolutely ridiculous. How is it that no one there knows those are health code violations? Who's running this place? Does anyone even care? I would give this place zero Stars if I could. They definitely need to clean house there and get new management because what they are allowing to go on is absolutely...
