The website and doors both say you close at 11 pm. I went through the driveway 5/18, around 10:05 pm, and cones were in the drive thru-lane. I parked to use the dining room, but all the doors were locked. Then, an employee comes from around the back (right side if you look at the restaurant from Cotillion) and says, "we're closed." I asked what time they close, and he said, "I don't know." I asked if he really did not know, and he said that "we close around 10:30. I don't even know." While I stayed in the parking lot to file a complaint with the corporate office, this arrogant employee sat out front of the restaurant with his friends, laughed at the tens of cars that tried to use the drive-thru, all while wearing his McDonald's uniform. To make things worse, I tried this morning to call and speak to a manager, rather than leaving this public review, but no voice mail is set up, and now my calls have been screened. I regret ever spending a penny at a business that is willing to pay employees such as the one I encountered last night, especially because like many other people, I have always gone out of my way to use this location because it has always been the better McDonalds in the...
Read moreI'm never the type of person to write a negative review online, but today is the day. I went into this establishment to purchase a meal the $4 meal (southern style chkn) and 1 grand Big Mac for $4.49. The total for my meal came out to $10.46. Immediately I knew something was wrong, so I let the cashier know who show the problem as well. She notified the Manager I think name Cortez, he then comes over and looks at the receipt. He then asks me if I want a $1 back, I respond I would to have my proper change. He goes in the register and hands me a $1 bill. Not one apology or any type remorse of error given. I breakdown the receipt for him which should reflect him giving me $1.29 back, he argues me down that the price is only different by a $1 and the difference is tax then offers me $.07. At this point I knew it was not worth the argument over $.29 so I was gonna walk away then he start discussing the matter with another employee (the original cashier) who offered me my correct change. The average person who may not catch errors like this may get ripped off or cheated out of there money. I'm no mathematician, but I do know my total should have been $9.08. So that's why I felt the need...
Read moreWORST. MCDONALDS. EVER. Be prepared to be over charged and have your order wrong. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru only to be told they are out of whatever you're ordering, or better yet, their system is down and they can't accept debit cards. I've had to pull up and wait for food to be walked out to me only to have them completely forget I was waiting or what my order even was. The sweet tea tastes like they never wash the tea containers and the food is consistently luke-warm. Most of the employees couldn't care less if they are handing you your order or the order for the person behind you. The drive thru window is shut and the employees back is turned before you even have time to pull your order into your car. I don't expect 4 star treatment at a Mcdonalds, I just want my order and charge to be right, I don't care if its done with a smile or even a pleasant attitude. Today was the last straw for me, going to this location and expecting to not leave disgusted, frustrated, or infuriated is the definition...
