Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Durango

I order from Papa Murphy's all the time, I think their Pizza is great. but today I had a problem. I was ordering online the coupon code that was sent to me by email, wouldn't work, it kept saying the code was invalid. I called the store and talked to the manager Nikki. She was rude and no help at all, she said she could put an order in but not give me the 25% off. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. but went to my bank site and Papa Murpjy's charged me 6 times. I called the store again, they said they did not have an order for me, and told me to call the corporate office. I asked for the number, they said they didn't have it. I called back and they kept hanging up on me, until finally a CSR named Cheryl gave me a number. The man at the corporate office was helpfu and said I would be refundedl, but I was not able to order a pizza, Nikki was supposed to call me and apologize according to the corporate office but she did not. Rude and totally unhelpful. Nikki Manager at Papa Murphy's...

Very disappointed with my order. When I got home they had replaced the ground sausage for the Italian sausage. When I called I was told that the Durango Co store no longer had the Italian sausage (still able to click the button but not available?) and that the ground sausage was the same (if so why have the 2 choices?). Tastes the same, maybe but I ordered the large prices of sausage cause that is what tastes good to me and my family and what we paid for. I spent $50 and didn't get what I ordered. When I picked up the order the least they could have done was inform me that they no longer carry that item at this location. Instead I got gaslighted about how it is basically the same thing so it will be fine. I will be spending my money where I am appreciated and I get what I ordered. This has always been one of my go to pizza places and I am sad that I will be looking for a better place that values...

So... We don't have these nifty "take-n-bake" pizza places where I'm from...and it's a damn shame. We need some of these in PA! ...Anyway! So, as a misinformed tourist, I was looking for some pizza...found this place and saw all the awesome pizza selections I could choose from, including made to order (at great prices!) and figured it was a no brainer. The online ordering was easy and the time was pretty typical for pizza... Only one issue. I totally oopsed over the fact that I'm staying in a hotel and can't actually bake the pizza I'm taking. However, the staff was EXTREMELY nice about the whole situation and didn't make me feel like an ass. I was even then recommended a fantastic pizza place to satisfy my craving. ...In all, while I never actually ate their pizza, I can say the selection is fantastic and those pizzas certainly...
