Sorrel Sky Gallery — Attraction in Durango

Wow. And not in a good way. My partner and I enter the Sorrel Sky Galley mid week, we both had birthdays recently and I was interested in purchasing a piece of the famous Ben Nighthorse jewelry for her. And keep in mind I work in a similar gallery. I know what they were thinking when we walked in. But they should remind themselves to never judge a book by its cover. (I’m talking about the blonde woman, hair maybe just past shoulder length. And a woman in her chair with brown hair.) We decided that maybe if we spent more time wondering the gallery, surely someone would approach us and ask if we had any questions. Well I’m sure you can guess the answer, no one approached us the entire visit. And as I said I work in an upscale gallery in a very popular tourist town not very far away. And I tell people to go to the Sorrel Sky Gallery all of the time. Not any more. I will not be advocating for this gallery ever again. If you would like to look at some amazing Yarrow photography accompanying stunning oil paintings, I do recommend you visit Sorrel Sky Gallery. But, do not expect any assistance. Especially from the two ladies working there. I really hope neither of them is an owner or manager because this truly is the visual for poor customer service and how not to rest your customers.
