So maybe Im in the wrong? But I am regular customer of Starbucks in durant and I always use the mobil app but today around 2 i had placed an order for one coffee and the estimated time said 4-7 minutes well i show up and there is one one car in the drive thru ( I also choose the drive thru option on the app) so I swing in there and tell them I have an online order and the barista tells me in a snippy tone that I had put in the order 2 minutes ago and that I should wait 5-10 minutes before coming to get it which had me taken a little off guard because Ive never been told this before and I literally always order via the app (its just easier) and I’ve never had an issue. So I just say okay because its not like I can just leave the drive thru and also there is literally one car in front of me and no one behind me so when she hands me my drink I just ask her what the difference is between ordering online versus the kiosk and she said that they print on separate machines. So i proceeded to ask her if it took longer to get because i was thrown off by the attitude and she said well there could be 50 orders ahead of yours when you order online which i would understand if they were busy but there were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. So just if you order online and plan to go through the drive thru I guess it’s easier on them to just order at the kiosk? Im not sure but just thought id post so others don’t have to go the experience that I did. Usually the employees are very sweet there and I was just left aggravated because of the attitude she...

Their entire menu is over-priced and not filling up the cups is ripping off the customer. If this happens to you contact Starbucks customer service and they'll make it right. I ended up getting more than what I paid for back. This store makes makes sooooooo much money that I doubt they'll do anything about that stupid policy, so I stopped getting drinks from here. If I come here, I just get food. I learned how to make the drink at home, so I save myself time and headache. Also, the drive-thru is ridiculously slow. Just an unfortunate matter when you live in a small town with...
Read moreFirst off, the employee with the pink hair was amazing! She put a smile on my face with how sweet she was. The drink she made was exactly how I wanted it. I can tell she is a hardworking employee, which leads me into the next thing. I noticed there are not many employees working and with how popular Starbucks is in our small town you would think it is the opposite. These poor employees are working their hardest to give each and every customer the attention they need but they can only do so much. I noticed there was only 2 people working, how can you run a Starbucks smoothly with that many people? These employees must be stressed and...
