I had high hopes for this place, with in-house baked bread for their banh mi. The bread itself, however, was not to my liking. It was soft and chewy, and did not have the classic crispy crust that would leave your entire shirt and pants covered in crumbs. I got the sandwich with a batch of bread fresh from the oven, and opened it not 10 minutes after it was packaged, so I don't believe it was a matter of waiting too long and becoming soggy.
