It was a typical McDonald's as far as the food taste and quality. But this was by far the worst service experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I ordered my food to dine in and they put my meals in a to go bag after I told the cashier 3 times I was dining in. I had to tell her 3 times because she asked me just that many times. Okay, no big deal. So I got to the table and all my fries from both the meals were dumped out in the bag. Most were at the bottom. On top of that my 4 apple pies that I ordered, 2 were missing. I checked my receipt to make sure it was paid for and it was. So I went to the counter to tell them about the missing pies and they were totally rude. 3 of them completely ignored me when I repeatedly said "excuse me miss". They were speaking Spanish to each other like they couldn't understand that I was trying to get their attention. Then another walked past me as if I wasn't there when I asked for her assistance as well. Finally one of the original employees I was trying to get attention finally acknowledged me and gave me my pies after checking my receipt. I never even mentioned my fries getting dumped in the bag. Read moreThe drive through attendant failed to take my order correctly. When I noticed it not being placed on the board, I repeated it twice. With a frustrated voice she asked me repeatedly to pull to the window while still adding the items. She did not read back my order nor did the cashier at the window. When I received my order I told them I was missing the pancakes I ordered. She asked for the receipt. When I looked at it I, said: "No they did not bill me for it even after I repeated my order twice and kept being asked to move on." The lady at the front window began to speak Spanish insulting me. She said: " She is lying with her big animal trunk." Little did she know I am bilingual and understood it all. I began to say the complaint in spanish and they looked at each other. A co- worked said just close the window and did. She shut the window on my face. Not only was my order not placed correctly it was served incorrectly. Among my order was a Bacon Egg Cheese McGriddle, but received it on a biscuit instead. They are so focused on being so speedy and rush so much that they fail to offer a great customer service experience. They took her order and turned the lights off at 11:52! I pulled up when she pulled up. The guy working gave her her bag and closed the window and left the area. I pulled up, knocked on the window, and explained. "I was at the window too. You just shut the lights off and don't say anything to others in line?" Don't you close at 12?!! He said let me get my manager up here. I said please do!. She came up, I repeated things to her. She said "uh, well what you tryna order"? I told her. She hollered back at the cook (I guess)..."we don't have no chicken do we?" Of course his reply was no. I said and a sausage biscuit. She said "well it's 1 minute to 12".
