This location has saved us a lot of money - we usually don't end up getting anything here. They don't carry many flavors at a time and are often out of several of those. Once we got really good service, but they had to give us bad news: the manager refused to get more of the flavor of the month even though there were 6 days of the month left and several people had requested it. They don't update their inventory online, so when you order through a food delivery app, the driver always has to contact you to find out what you want instead. Today we walked in a couple minutes after close, but the doors were still open and the sign was still on. While these are simple mistakes, it was pretty obvious everything had been shut down for a while and the kid just said, "we're closed." I told him that the sign was still on and he just shrugged, paused, then finally said, "sorry". That kind of sorry that isn't an apology. I genuinely don't understand how or why this location is still open. Either go to the location on the other side of town or just go to the grocery store. They're nothing...
Read moreif I would have seen the low reviews I never would have stopped in the first place. I have never really been to a dunkin' donuts but I've been to Baskin-Robbins and I think I do like Baskin-Robbins for the most part. I've always had good experience before. This little lady that was helping me was not the friendliest person I have met before. She could not listen to my order she gave me the wrong order in the first place I had a correct her and tell her what I was getting like three times. And then when she made my product she put too much of one ingredient and it made it very runny. She tried to fix it but it just was not going and she tried to serve me my item all running and watery. I tell her no thank you I want to refund. They did give me a refund. They did try to offer me a little ice cream cone but I told him I didn't need it but thank you. I also witnessed two employees using their cell phones their personal cell phones and then they went right back to preparing food without...
Read moreBaskin-Robbins is not the same company that they were in the past whereas the company was known for its "31 flavors" slogan, with the idea that a customer could have a different flavor every day of any month. This store, I think had like 10 flavors at best. Not to mention Dunkin Donuts isn't the same either as I remember donuts freshly baked daily. Methinks the donuts come frozen to the store then thawed before being sold to customers. Being both concepts are in a very small location kills the experience of both companies of old. They do have a drive thru for those fast orders to go.
But, Dunkin Donuts was a place where old fogies like myself could go after church for coffee and donuts with friends. Not anymore as the stools have been taken out of stores. Ah,...
