Here is my experience at Burger King Drive Thru tonight 6/19/2023 voice: Can I help you? me: do you have the Jr Whopper 2 for $5 special voice: What? me: do you have the Jr Whopper 2 for $5 special voice: Huah? me: never mind I see it on the menu now. I would like two whopper Jr's with bacon. voice: Swiss cheese or american cheese? me: neither just 2 whopper Jr's with bacon added. voice: what? me: 2 whopper Jr's normal with bacon and no cheese. -------SILENCE------ voice : what else? me: Lg Sprite voice: pull forward to second window.

AT WINDOW Brandon opens the window $8 something (mumbling cant understand) me: hands him my credit card Brandon: hands me my drink (no words spoken) then my credit card. (again no words spoken) me: I need a receipt Brandon: its on the bag Brandon then hands me the bag (no words spoken again- but vigorously texting on his phone with his other hand) me: thank you.........have a good day........you too..........come again. Note receipt on bag no totals just a expeditor ticket.

I think Brandon need to loosen his pig tails so he can hear better and may be then be able to communicate with customers.

ALSO since when are employees not required to wear some sort of head covering when working in food?

We stopped in to try their new $1 tacos. We used the BK app to place part of our order because they had a coupon for a large french fries for a dollar if ordered online. They had another coupon in the app for four free chicken nuggets with any purchase that didn't have to be ordered online, so we ordered that separately inside with the tacos. No, no, only one coupon per online order. But this is two orders, one online and one inside. Doesn't matter, only one coupon per person. Where does it say that? It doesn't! It took us about 10 or 15 minutes to get that straightened out and get what we wanted, after the cashier called in another worker to mediate our differences. Anyway, we ordered tacos and I asked for hot taco sauce but got salsa, I think that's all they had for taco sauce The tacos were terrible; small, greasy, deep-fried hardshells that had very little of anything good inside. On top of that, my wife's taco was stuck to the wrapper so badly that she couldn't tear it apart. She showed it to a worker and they made her a fresh one. She couldn't eat her second taco so guess who got stuck with it? The workers were nice and patient with us, and the french fries were good, but honestly, we won't ever order their tacos again! I cannot say enough about this particular Burger King! The new chicken parmesan is back and it's always amazing! I live in Rosemont and when I heard that it was out I just couldn't wait to get my hands on the sandwich, when I went to the Rosemont location they put bacon on. It! Didn't even order that. Not to mention the chicken was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted but that's where I live so I gave it a shot. Normally I go to this location in Eagan because every time I go to this location everything I get seems to be made freshly. So I have traveled from my home location of Rosemont to Eagan multiple times to get this sandwich and every time I order it it is hot, fresh and the people that hand it to me always advise me to be careful because it just came off the fryer! That just makes me feel like it's going to be great ! I love Burger King but I always like finding the Burger Kings that do a great job making things fresh and this location in the different times I've gone there doesn't matter. It's always fresh regardless if it's a seasonal sandwich or not. I always go to this location even though I live in Rosemont. I always travel to Eagan as I feel this is the best place to experience Burger...
