NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS LOCATION! I am also complaining to corporate. They messed up my order by doing the wrong writing color. They fixed it, but very sloppy. I also got $5 cash back like that made any difference. No, not really. This cake was a surprise for my sister, so it was a big deal to me. Another customer's cake was messed up. He didn't have time to have it fixed, so he left. Once he left and while my cake for my sister was being fixed....the manager and two employees were joking and talking bad about him. They probably talked bad about me too once I left. I HAD THE RIGHT TO BE UPSET. I am glad that I got pictures. One is one my cake with the wrong color writing. One is one of the cake they fixed sloppily. The last is a screenshot of my order. We also got three cones. They weren't even filled all the way. I am also including a picture of the receipt. My Mom is the one who actually paid for the cake and cones. The fact the cake decorator can't pay attention to detail with messing up cake orders and how the manager and employees treat customers is ridiculous. This was on 5/17/25...
Read moreCustomer service could be much better given how much money I spend here. For me, sauce is an intergral part of my meal otherwise I wouldn't ask for it. So when I got home and noticed they'd left the sauce out of my $20+ order, I called to report it. Did the manager apologize? Nope. She said, "I can't give you a six piece meal because we left out the sauce." Mind you, I didn't ask for anything. Then she asks me what order it was, says oh, I remember you...Then proceeds to tell me there was no sauce with the order. I told her the gal at the window asked me if I wanted sauce, I asked what they had and picked from the list. The manager puts me on hold and I can hear in the background her questioning the young lady from the window who confirmed my words exactly. The manager then says: "Well, I can give you a 3 piece with honey mustard." I said OK. She said I can pick it up whenever. 1)No apology. 2)Doubting the customer. 3) No real concern with customer satisfaction. Doesn't go a long way in establishing customer relations.

This place is clean, professional and friendly, they checked up on my twice to make sure I was being helped (I was) but let me tell you when I think of Dairy Queen cakes I think “same old simple cakes like last time” yes they’re tasty but I’ve never seen unique designs. Well this year I noticed they had heart cakes and since Valentine’s Day was coming up I figured why not try to ask for a custom cake. The cake decorator/maker did such an amazing job, she takes down a lot of notes to make sure she gets every detail correct. I was so happy to take this out of the fridge and show it to my girls, they all thought it was the cutest cake ever!
