I have never left a bad review in my life but i feel like there is no other choice since the manager himself was yelling at me!! I ordered online, got a confirmed pickup time of 2:09 pm at the Eagan store. When I was ordering online, the system asked me who the order belonged to, I filled in my name but payed with my husbandās card. I asked my dad to pick up the order for me, since we are both so sick. Sent him the screen shot of the order details. When he showed up at 2:18 pm, they told him that the order didnāt exist. I called them and the manager who picked up the phone was so rude. He told me they were looking into what had happened to the order and then he asked for the order number, after reciting the order number twice, he still couldnāt find it. In the meantime he did not forget to mention every 2 minutes how busy they are, as if itās my fault that their system confirmed the wrong pick up time. I politely told him that I had sent my dad a screen shot of the order and he again told him we are really busy at that moment. I then went on to say, āit not my fault that you guys are so busy, you should then look into your system to make sure orders are not being messed upā. He then raised his voice telling that me he is not an IT person I should go a head and dispute the order with him because they are busy. The conversation was getting heated so I told him I was getting off the phone. He called back after 7 minutes in a very stern voice to tell me that I had messed up my order because it was in my husbandās name. I tried to explain to him that when I ordered the food there was a slot were the system asked who the order belonged to and I had stated my name a couple of times so it wasnāt my fault that their system messed up the order, and why couldnāt he find it by the order number?? But no, he wouldnāt let me talk, I asked to speak to the manager, he told him itās him I was talking to while yelling all this time. If this I how you guys treat customers then no matter how good your food is, itās not worth It. I hope they record the phone calls because if thatās how he talks to customers while claiming itās thatās good customer service....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThough i do love this place i had to give the Eagan location only 3 stars. Though i hate to compare but this i have to. The first time was going to the Richfield location and I absolutely loved the atmosphere of not just the restaurant itself but the people who work there in their enthusiasm to want to make sure that your food and your experience are top-notch. I walked into the Eagan location and I'm not greeted a young girl walks up at though she is about to help me but there's absolutely nothing another girl standing next to her since they're still all she wants to do is hide underneath her baseball cap. I do believe that it was the manager or supervisor then rushes over and asked me what my order was and I told her I didn't have an order yet at no one has helped me yet. She took my order and then had the other workers start my order for me. I walk down to where the soup was located as I stood there patiently waiting to see if one of the other girls who are not so busy was going to ask me if I wanted some soup. The girl that was had made my sandwich then asked me if I wanted to add a soup to my order she politely helped me and sent me on my way. The girl at the register was very kind of quiet and made sure that I had dessert to go with my meal if I wanted it it did forget to ask if I wanted something to drink. So love eating at this place I will say that the staff here is not nearly as happy and friendly as experience I had at the Richfield location unfortunately but that will not deter me from still eating with this company or sending people to come and eat here. My food was still good and so was my soup I just wish the liveliness in the happiness of the people as the Eagan location work a little...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been here a few times. The food is just OK. The brisket is good, the cauliflower soup is good. The portions are small for what you pay.
My gripe is the flow. I don't understand why they have one person doing sandwiches, one person doing soups, etc... It always leads to backups and confusion. Why not have the same person do your whole order start to finish? Customers don't know whether to wait for their sandwich or keep moving down the line. Then you have to tell the cashier what you ordered all over again. Last time I was there, I ordered a sandwich, the sandwich maker opened a bun and walked away from it to do other orders. Then the soup person got my soup. Then the cashier took my soup to the checkout and my empty bun was still sitting there. I told the cashier about the empty bun being my unmade sandwich and she apologized and walked that way to make it. When she got there, she took an order and started making a sandwich then saw my empty bun and made mine after the order she just took. Then she brought my sandwich and rang me up. The whole time this was going on, there was a lady behind me who only got soup who was standing there watching her soup get cold while they were dealing with me. They should really switch to register-first, bring food to table service. Every time I go there is some weird stuff like this.
Also every time I go, every table is dirty and it's...
