I’m super concerned while writing this review, health and sanitation are always a must at food places. Today April 1st, 2020, I went there to try a drink someone recommended to me. I’m a Starbucks costumer, but apparently this item was great, so I decided to give it a try. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! 1st the guy who took my order seem lost and not only didn’t ask me what size I wanted my drink, but when I asked him something about an item on the menu, he couldn’t tell me what’s in it, he just kept saying that it come with rice (YES RICE) sooooo, no Thanks. Then I pulled up to the window, just to see him helping a c ostumer inside the place, he then came to the window asked me for my card and i noticed HE WASN’T WEARING GLOVES, AND HE DIDNT STOP TO WASH HIS HANDS IN BETWEEN COSTUMERS!!!!!! He took my card, went back to the costumer to hand her her food, came back with my drink, handed it to me, STILL NO GLOVES, gave me my card back and turned around.... Not a Thank you or anything... I guess my business was not needed there. At this point I’m super disgusted, but this horror story doesn’t end here, I look at this drink, and I literary got a big plastic cup full of ice.... I sent a picture to my friend asking her if that was normal, and even she said that she never gets her like that, but of course she doesn’t shop at this one. I decided to call costumer service, but somehow (after 6 minutes on hold) got to the gift card dept, who finally transferred me to the right place. About 6 hours later, I got a call from someone asking me to call back to “listen”... WELL, LISTEN, ITS SCARY TO TJINK THAT YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO SOMEONE TO USE GLOVES OR WASH YOUR HANDS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE DEALING WITH A PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE THATS KILLING THOUSANDS. If during an emergency like this, you dont think that is important to wear gloves and wash your hands, I dont even want to know what you do during nornal times when you dont need to worry about this... i dont mean to hurt your business, you are doing that on your own....
Read moreMy wife and I went to Dunkin’ Donuts in Eagan off Yankee Doodle road this morning and the manager was very rude, defensive and racist towards me because I am a mixed American with black, Puerto Rican and my wife is a Latina and keeps mistaking her as a white woman and keeps coming to us rude every time we come there to spend our money on coffee. Somehow we always end up with a messed up order and every time we bring it to their attention they always come to us with a snotty, rude attitude. I would suggest that no one go there, and I see why they are losing business. We had to buy our own coffee maker to make our own iced coffee because they can never seem to get it right. They always seem to repeat the order and always end up making it wrong. That the manager told us this morning that she was going to review the camera which one of her employees was very rude when we went to scan our Dunkin’ points, close the drive-through door without taking our card for payment and then ended up with a whole snotty attitude so another person came to the window and ignored that I told them that they need to correct their customer service skills. Then today another lady came to the window and asked us as customers why do we still come there?. we will not be going there anymore. Thank God we figured out how to make it on our own, instead of wasting our money dealing with rude restaurants. The Dunkin’ Donuts in Eagan is by far the worst one we ever been to and would never do Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of Minnesota again. When we received the large “iced” coffee there was no ice in the coffee and the taste was horrible and the manager had forgot the carmal drizzle we request, so we repeated the order for what when it was repeated twice and still mess up my...
Read morei am from out of state staying here for a few months, and have never been to a worse dunkin. there is only one competent worker who does not give back lash and can make orders correctly. i go almost every morning if not every, the employees always argue and have a nasty attitude. customer isn’t always right but if i order a coffee specifically i want it to be correct and get my moneys worth instead of not taking more than one sip. it’s embarrassing on themselves, their manager, and higher ups to have the audacity to yell at people in the drive through and argue back with people when it’s literally their job to make coffee and they can’t comprehend that task. worst service i have ever experienced from a fast food/ drive through. if the items were all correct and they just faked a smiled i would have no complaints but i want what i pay for and was told today if i want my coffee remade i need to pay for all the remakes. i say my order exactly how i want it not my fault that they aren’t able to make it, again when i go almost every single day. i can taste that the coffee is at...
