If I could do 0 stars I would. My husband ordered 4 scoops of icecream before it came in a large bowl and now it’s in one scoop cup. Apparently it is under new management and they were told they needed to use new smaller containers. At this point we thought there was a mistake and asked them the girl literally told us nope that’s the new smaller sizes. When we asked for our money back she said she didn’t know how to do that so she had to call the owner and he was trying to tell us we could leave and they would refund the money in 4 days which we were like no we aren’t going with nothing that says we are getting our money back. After all that they literally took Icecream back and put it back in the containers to sell to someone else after they had already given it to us and we had opened it...

VERY RUDE EASLEY LOCATION! They're Literally Advertising the item on the building that I was asking for (Chocolate Mudslide) which is a Waffle Cone with Chocolate ice cream, Brownie pieces, Marshmallows, and Oreo cookies) I asked for a waffle cone with chocolate ice cream and Oreos. The young lady at the window says "We Don't do that here" I said but you have. Only to be responded to with "Well, Not here"🤷🏾‍♀️to which said, yes I've had it before, from here, and it's literally on the window on the picture. She then says "Well I'm Not going to do that, Soo?"... Then proceeds to take another customer's order. And act like I wasn't still...

I've been to this location numerous times, but today I felt compelled to write a review. It was more or less crowded when we got there, but that didn't have any effect on the service we received. Per the sign, the crew was Austin, Brent, & Hailey. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was juggling two small children and melting ice cream! Noticing this, even with a steady stream of customers, I was offered a cup to help with a dripping cone. The ice cream is always good but positive customer service is what keeps people...
