McDonald's — Restaurant in Easley

Im going to have to revise my review which I rarely do! But after serval times at this McDonald’s I have encountered a sweet girl overwhelmed by crying by being overwhelmed, I know it’s loud in there and it can get overwhelming but treating people with decency and setting examples is what all managers should be doing! (Honestly it’s not worth all this for coffee frappe )And employees know right from wrong and knows what things they should be doing but this sweet girl in tears was nice and still handled it professionally kudos to her! I know she’s trying mangers lead and have patience! Pray when things get overwhelming and untity gets us farther than dividing!! We got to have compassion as humans period and what some people can handle versus another person capabilities! This manager she is a very nice person to me and done very nice things! She knows Mr order always greets me, but I can no longer get my frappes with a smile! We should just pray even I need to have more patience these are a lot kids generation is very trying I can only imagine so I can only imagine and pray for more compassionate! Then on Electric city Blvd McDonald’s connected to Shell which they are Amazing gas station but I get my frappes no whip cream or drizzle I watched girl with my own eyes use her fingers to dig in my cup and take my toppings off! I nicely confronted her watched her whole time through window no spoon I have amazing 20/20 vision very alert to my surroundings amd she said no I had spoon but the way she was standing I could see e erything when she went to get the spoon it was a clear wrapper and she brought frappes straight to me no pit stop! So spoon should still been there! No she was caught! I was in totally utter shock cuz I ordered 2 one for that evening one to put in my Freezer for morning and I know what I saw twice!!!! Then a manager was bri gong food out and asked her if she was manager she said yes was i don’t care attitude not mean just she said she used spoon but my 2 cd frappe then was nothing but ice so she took it to remake it now I can go into anyone handling my food especially my frappe with out aneixty to what they done to it and future visits I can’t get frappes now! My stomach just knots sick to my stomach!! It’s changed my life!! Really?!?!? I’m just really shocked it people who drive down 85 a lot of their business but how their still open how bad it is!! And I do t want anyone to loose their job or maliciously be fired just say I messed up I’m sorry I was overwhelmed and we’ll get thru it but no and I’m affected but worried bout their jobs snd if they have kids to feed ect.. y’all just pray with me for that store and...

The absolute worst experience ever at a McDonald's!! Last night (2-20-19 at around 6:45pm) I took my 2 children there for ice cream and to play in the play place. All this rain makes for cabin fever. So we go in, and like usual at most McDonald's, they said their ice cream machine was broken but the repair guy was there and said he'll have it fixed in 15 minutes or so. I went ahead and paid for it (even though it should have been complimentary for waiting so long). I had just enough cash on me to pay. We stayed there until around 8. My children were exhausted and as we were about to leave my little 4yr old was coughing vigorously. So I carried her to the ordering area and asked if I could get a couple of small cups of water because my children were hot and he saw my little girl coughing. The employee told me that he would have to charge me for water!! I told him that I used my last bit of cash for ice cream and he said there was nothing they can do about it that's just their policy. I asked for a manager and the worker told me it's not worth it because they will get in trouble if they give out cups of free water! He said I will just pay for 2 cups of water and then he inserted his debit card into the cash register and literally paid for my children's water. As nice as that was of him to do that, he should have never been made feel like he was obligated to pay for my kids water out of his own pocket!! I can walk into any Starbucks or Chick-fil-A and ask for a courtesy cup of water and they will give me one no questions asked. The fact that my daughter was coughing and they still wanted me to me pay for water is absolutely insane!!! It's not like I asked for bottled water. All I wanted was 2 small cups to put a little bit of ice and water for my kids. It's pretty sad that large corporations like McDonald's will put their own interest of making a few cents on a cup of water over a...

UPDATE AGAIN X'S 2: This McDonald's has improved so much since my first post almost a year ago. The staff is so respectful and they keep it super clean in there . EDITED AGAIN : They have fixed it to were you can set in the lobby area without hearing the kids from the play area screaming.. So glad they did. EDITED 💥 I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's but every time I come there are nothing but screaming kids. The parents do nothing dont tell them to stop just keep there face in there phone . I mean I wouldn't bring my kid here cause I don't want him to think he can act like 75% of the kids that come here. I understand Easley doesn't have a lot for kids to do here but they can play without screaming. McDonald's staff is great it isn't there fault so they can't be blamed it drives them nuts . This McDonald's is bigger then most Mcdonalds. It is clean and they are fast hardly ever had to wait any longer then 5 mins on my food. The staff almost all of them are so nice but the managers not all of them mainly the breakfast and Early lunch managers are rude and never welcome a customer or smile hardly. But on the plus of things there restrooms are very clean. One other thing the play place is huge and separated from the main eating area so kids can play and be loud without worries of bothering people there without kids.
