Wendy's — Restaurant in Easley

this location has seriously gone down hill lately. i ordered a mobile order tonight on my drive home from work, i pulled up to the drive thru then to the window after a long wait in line with several cars ahead of me but after i pulled up they just ignored me for probably a little over 6 minutes but kept looking at me then looking away. two workers were hiding in the corner (but i could clearly see them) eating snacking on food not helping, one girl was vacuuming then left, another girl was just standing around, and the guy at the drive thru window just ignored me. finally after about 6-7 minutes (20 minutes after i mobile ordered) they started working on my food. the only ones that did start working on my order i had placed 20 minutes prior were the guy at the drive thru and the girl on the grill then finally the two being lazy snacking on the clock in the corner came back and one handed me my food and had no idea what was going on and didn’t care, then i said thank you and said have a good night and he just looked at me stupid. then i get home and we start eating and the chicken sandwich was hard, dry and over cooked, they forgot the $2 bacon that was supposed to be on it, and the burger we ordered was also way over done, dry and hard! there was also a hair in the burger probably because the girl on the grill practically had her hair down and everywhere the way is was clipped in a low pony tail and not in a bun. do not order at this location at night they suck and they don’t care they’ll just leave you sitting at the window that’s why the line is so long. we couldn’t eat...

First time I had visited in a while, but this time was the absolute worst. First of all, the menu is down on the inside, so you can't know what's available and how much things cost, in order to decide what you want. I expressed this to the cashier who seemed totally disinterested, but she stated that the menu have been down for a while. What I want to know is Wendy's so cheap or can they not afford to fix their broken menu so that people can decide what to order??? I ordered a double cheeseburger, and an order of fries, and a senior drink. It came to over $10. The meat on the burger was hard and crumbly, and the fries were burned. Had I not been in a hurry for an appointment, I would have thrown it back at them and demanded a refund. I've been going to this Wendy's for years, and beforehand it has always been acceptable. This time was the absolute worst ever, and you have lost a years long customer. I'm just about to call corporate with my same complaints. This is unsatisfactory and inexcusable for a restaurant of this caliber.

I just spoke with Wendy's corporate customer service, and the female that I spoke with was rude, insensitive, unknowledgeable and abrupt. She talked over me and condescendingly, and when I called her out on this, she threatened to hang up the phone. I requested and am expecting a call from corporate management. Went to the Drive Thru about and hour so ago. Very sweet young lady took my order. I politely ask the you lady if I could please get Nuggets and Fries Fried Fresh(as I always do) told her didn't mind pulling forward as not hold up her line. However as soon as the car ahead of me pulls off another lady comes and hand me a bag to which I asked, is this fresh I requested hot fries and Nuggets she say they are . I ull up checks the fries (hot) touches the Nuggets (barely warm) I go down the street turn around and bring them back. This Very Rude, Unprofessional, Nasty person(the one that handed the bag to me in the beginning) comes to the window as I'm explaining to the sweet young lady that took my order that the fries are hot bur Nuggets are barely warm. Asking in the most rude way possible "what's the problem with such such rudness. Then proceeds to go back and forth that the Nuggets were hot. Then say just pull up as she snatches the bag from my hand and slings over in the trash and slams the window in my face. What did I do put it in park. While over the next moment or so attempt to get polite young lady that my orders attention at which time Mrs Rudness comes back to the window looking at me in the must disgusting way possible.
