It's always something with this location. Every time we have ordered from this place they have forgotten something. As a family, we have even agreed to take long periods in between eating there because it's become such an issue, and we were hoping they would improve. They have failed to improve in ensuring all the ordered items are given to the customers.
I get it; they could have been busy or whatever excuses are out there to fail at doing your job correctly. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I give them money for them to provide me with food. I have been patient over time, but this will be the last time. Imagine remembering to include the dressing in the bags but not the actual salad. Usually, it's the opposite issue from this location. They love to forget dressing and sauces after charging people for them.
I have had issues with this place with dining in, taking out, and delivery. As I said in my first sentence, there is always an issue when getting food from here. It's just sucky because we enjoy Zaxbys, but we'll just go to another location...
Read moreToday I placed an order on the Zaxbys app, as I’ve done plenty of times. I go to the correct drive thru window for mobile orders. The older women who’s name I never got after visiting a public location. And explaining her looks would be disrespectful. I gave her my name, she informed me that’s a door dash order I need to come inside. I politely told her I don’t own that on my phone I placed my order on the app. She rudely closed the window after about 2 minutes a manager came to the window trying to hand me more food than I ordered. I once again politely said I do not want more food than I ordered. I asked her if she would look at my phone for proof. FINALLY! She understood. My order was corrected and drove off. I wanted the women’s name so I can file a complaint with cooperate. Good thing I won’t need it and I’ll still contact cooperate. Read moreFood is consistently good, service isn't bad, but the parking lot is such a hassle to navigate into and out of if you are trying to get to the drive thru. I always have to find somewhere to pull in, back up, and turn around just to get my vehicle facing the correct direction to be able to enter the drive thru lane. The way the entrance and exits are situated in correlation with the direction I approach the restaurant from makes it impossible to easily get into the parking lot and then into the drive thru line without having to wait at a busy red light intersection only to enter the highway and go around to the other entrance of the parking lot.
