Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in East Caln Township

I went there to watch the eagles vs 49ers game. As soon as we got there, we was seated at booth. The waiter, Declan, didn't introduce himself. We later found out his name by the receipt. We asked for a menu, he said that we could use it phones to open a menu there, we want doing that. I just asked do you have any physical menus, so he gave us the to go menu, which we didn't know it was a to go menu, we'll get to that later. We asked for water to start of with. He came with our water and said he'll be back with out straws. Me and my friend waited for over five minutes until he came back with or straws. And when he came back to give it to us, he did not ask if we was ready. I called him three times. I could understand if it was packed but it was me and my friend at one booth and another group at a table. After a while he came back at the beginning of the second quarter. I was calling him before the middle of the first quarter so it was some time. After waiting, I was getting upset and my friend was asking me to calm down. He put in our order and we waited. He came with it drinks and my friend appetizers and she asked can we get some napkins. Now usually, maybe this isn't all places but when I order something even sometimes when I sit down, the waitress/waiter bring napkins. He came with the napkins then a few minutes later he brings our food. He said that they didn't have silverware so he gave us the plastic forks in the pack. My friend asked for the fries and he went back and I guess they placed the fries that they already had out in a tray because they was old and cold. When he came with them I asked where was my fries. He then proceeded to say that the menu was to go, when you dine in, you do not get fries with your chicken. My friend said ok, and shared the fries. When he came back, he asked if everything was ok, we said yeah and he walked away, but we both knew that we both was going to speak with the manager about the nonchalant attitude he had taking care of our table. And after we was done here just slid the check on the table without saying a word. We just both said it was time to go. The manager was at the cashier table for we can pay. We then asked about the things that was bothering us and she informed is that this was not the first complaint they had about him. And I asked, if this is constant, why do he still have a job. She informed us that they are short staffed and they need all the help they can get. I'm sorry, but to me that's a sorry excuse. Where I work, if you cannot do your job it get many complaints then you get fired, no matter how short staffed you are. When you run a business, you need workers, not bodies that can wear your uniform. Needless to say I will never go there again. My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was an incredibly disappointing experience that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I waited for an hour, and to make matters worse, some of the items I ordered never even arrived.

I ordered a kids' wings meal, a drink, and 10 boneless wings. While the kids' wings and drinks eventually made their way to my table, the 10 boneless wings were nowhere to be seen, even after waiting for an hour. I made multiple attempts to inquire about the missing order, asking various waiters as they passed by my table, but I received no satisfactory response. Each one seemed to brush off the responsibility, insisting that the person who took my order should handle the situation.

When the kids' wings finally arrived, I requested napkins and plates from a waitress. However, another 15 minutes went by without any sign of the requested items. It wasn't until I asked yet another waiter that I finally received plates and napkins. The lack of attention and communication from the staff was frustrating beyond belief.

Throughout my time at the restaurant, I couldn't help but notice that the servers were more focused on chatting, playing around, and dancing with each other than attending to the needs of the customers. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was evident and incredibly disappointing.

To top off the disappointing experience, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes just to receive my bill. The overall atmosphere was one of neglect and indifference towards customers.

In summary, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was marred by extremely slow service, missing food items, lack of communication, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. The behavior of the staff, including dancing and playing around while customers were left waiting, was unacceptable. They served Alcohol to a Pregnant lady after stressing 6 times & also showing baby bump(3rd trimester Bump)! The menu read Passion fruit NO-jito & I always make sure the waiter understands what & why I am asking for the drink. Im super careful when it comes to ordering drinks & they screwed it up. After sipping three to 4 times I was sure something is not right. We asked the waiter to check with Bartender & he came back saying oh yes this has alcohol. I was Astonished. The waiter just said sorry once & said I will not charge it in the check & took back the drink .He never cared to inform it to the Manager. Even when we were still eating he insisted repeatedly..shall I get the check...? OK Hon! We are going!We are never going to come back! While leaving I made sure to inform the manager about the incident ..he looked surprised as he was not aware. He apologized & Cleared off 20$ off our check. But no sorry or money will compensate for those 4 sips of alcohol I compromised on. It was very stressful for me. Overall the service was very very slow, no menu was provided. We had to ask for the menu. We had a 3 year old who expected kids kit(crayons) they did not offer. The food was served very very late. The drinks were served after the appetizers/wings were consumed.
