Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Caln Township

This location cannot seem to heat food orders correctly... I have even tried ordering different kinds of food, but is ALWAYS cold and unheated.

Ordered egg white bites on 4/12... Cold

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted on 4/15... It was completely untasted and stale

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant on 4/25... Sandwich was barely heated. The cheese was not even melted and the croissant had no evidence of being toasted. It seemed as if it was just taken out of the fridge and served. This can cause health risks for many sensitive parties that need meat to be heated appropriately. Health Dept Should be called for how they serve meat.

I guess this is my sign to not order food from this location again......

If I could give a negative I would. Stop in to get a hot lathe with a little ice to cool down to be able to drink. The person on the other side repeated back a ice lathe and I said no it is a hot with a little bit of ice to cool it down and then I was being yelled at in a very aggressive manner that he didn't understand what I was saying. First if all you should never yell at the customer for asking for something. The dunkin in thorndale listens and gets your order right every time. I will never go back and recommend to anyone to go to wawa if in that area. I will be calling to talk to the owner and corporate to let them know what has...

The order I had was gross. The 2pc bagel mini was under baked, and the ham slider had way too much mustard. And who ever learned to make an ice latte, didn’t listen when I said I wanted a mocha latte and they gave me a plain iced latte! It was gross! They didn’t speak English well! Actually didn’t listen to what I ordered! And watch your tires folks! They have an open valve that will slice your tires. And when I asked what type of donuts they have they said you have to check out back tomorrow? What donut place is out of Donuts????...
