McDonald's — Restaurant in East Hempfield Township

I had a bad experience with the drive thru. I pulled up to one of the two lanes to place my order and they said they would be with me in “just a moment.” I patiently waited for a couple minutes, and someone else spoke to me and said they would be with me in “ just a moment.”

Then, five minutes went by and I was still waiting to get my order taken. Another car at this point pulls into the other lane and gets their order taken right away. I start waving my hands to get them to see me through the camera, but I get no response. I finally decided to back up and pull into the other lane after a few minutes, thinking that the one I was in might be broken. At this point a different car pulls into the lane I was just in and they get their order taken before I get mine taken. After dealing with all that, I am waiting an additional 5 minutes for them to deliver my food to me. I see it laying on top of the counter by the window, but no one is bringing it out. Finally, someone brings me my food, and at this point my slushy is melted and my burger is cold. This trip to a “fast food “restaurant ended up taking about 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I spoke with the manager and all he said was that they were busy taking turns between the lanes orders, but while I was waiting there for 10 minutes just to place an order there were no other cars.

Would not recommend this place for any sort of quick food stop; you should plan on a good 20-30 mins of waiting around if you decide to go through...

I just went there this afternoon, and was not very pleased. It took them awhile to take our order,and when the guy did he was not very nice. I asked if their was a certain item on the menu and he said there was,but that wasn't the problem. As he was taking my order he didn't sound like he wanted to be there. Im not saying that you have to be all sunshine and rainbows, but at least sound alive. Also, when we were ordering he was rushing us a lot. I was the only one in the line. It wasn't like it was lunch and a million people were behind me. When I'm usually there, their is this nice man who always makes my day, and he doesn't sound like he doesn't want to be there. I pulled up to the window, and the young man read what I got. This was not the same guy who took my order. Something I got was not on the guy at the window read to me. When I got my food, it wasn't very warm, and the lady at the window didn't sound very happy at all. If they don't want to work there, then don't work there because you'll end up bringing the...

Haven’t Eat McDonald’s in a while and now I won’t again especially not from Centerville Road McDonald’s… They have two lanes for drive-through so I pull up the boy tells me to wait a few minutes the other lane next to me two cars pull up order I’m still sitting there he finally asked me for my order I tell him and then I get no response I wait a few minutes I say hello quite a few times so then I pull up he didn’t even put my order in so that the girl took my order at the window still waited more minutes sitting there pull up to the window to get my food and then they want to try to make me park and I said I was not parking because I wasn’t gonna go sit over there for who knows how long … total time I sat In drive Thru was a good 25 mins … I get places are shorthanded now but if that’s the case then say something and at least acknowledge the person that’s sitting there waiting and tell them there’s some issues or something worst experience Would not recommended gong to this McDonald’s oh and see the pic burger was all...
