Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in East Hempfield Township

First and for most big shout out to Kirra it was literally 8:54PM mind you they closed at 9pm and I was around the corner a minute away. I figured I’d call and see if they will still serve me well if it had been me I would’ve said we were closed. This is just a assumption but I know they wash and get ready for close so the fact that Kira told me that he would have 2 smoothies ready for me not only made me super happy but just showed that he does his job thorough and is beyond exceptional at customer service tonight. This store as a whole I will say I’ve been to the tropical smoothie in York Pa in the shopping center of Walmart and not only do they make terrible smoothies but no one speaks if any English. Anyway I go out out of my way to go to this store because the customer service is always at its peak and the people working never look miserable. So I’m not sure who the manager is for this store but you should do some type of incentive for these guys because the stores always clean. They always are smiling. Hands down the worst. I usually eat here several times a week. Yesterday I ordered and I basically got just bread a lettuce even though I paid for extras on my wrap also my smoothie tasted watered down. Today I come in and order the same thing with the same result. I bring my wrap back in to speak the “ manager” some young blonde with a horrible attitude she said they are under new ownership and they’re now only allowed to put a teaspoon on bean on your veggie burrito. Like what?? She basically just looked and me and when I told her my wrap was just lettuce and bread, with a snugged look on her face she said well do you want me to remake it ? I said yes please. She said well it’s going to be the exact same. She makes it and just hands it to me with force ands says have a nice day. Like wth I have spent so much money at tropical smoothie it’s ridiculous. I love tropical smoothie but this one was kinda odd. When we first pulled up the sign wasn't as bright as every other light on the plaza. It almost looked like it was going out of Bussiness. My friend and I walk in and are greated with a loud blast of rap music. I like rap music but have never expected it in a place like this. 3 guys working back there, the music matches their vibe.
