I only left one star because that was the least I could give and still leave a review. I walked into the store on the recommendation of my father-in-law who was using T-Mobile home internet and it worked for him. I spoke with a man in the T-Mobile store and asked if there was a no obligation free trial for the home internet and I was assured that I could try it for 15 days and if it didn't work at my house I could return it, no charge. After a day I knew it wouldn't work at my location and within three days I had attempted twice to return it to the store. Both times I was sent away, told that I needed to contact T-Mobile to cancel and set up a return. Three months and over $300 of charges later, I think I'm finally free from T-Mobile. Customer service was terrible on the phone, I wound up being charged for months of service I didn't use. And when the home modem was lost on return, I was charged for a non-return of device. All for an "easy, no cost trial". Never again, and I can never recommend...
Read moreThis place sucks. I went there the other day to get my data transferred to my new phone. I was the first and only one in the store when they opened. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone came out to help me. When he finally did he barely spoke at all. He was not personable or friendly. He did the data transfer but said he couldn't insert the sim card because they didn't have a sim key tool. Really ?????? In the entire store they don't have a sim key. B.S. He obviously didn't want to help me. He told me I would have to find one. Well, I went home and had it open in two seconds with a paperclip. The only other time I went to this location looking to upgrade my phone, they said they couldn't do anything for me. I went to a different store and they helped me out. Avoid this store. Read moreThis is the ONLY store I go to. We switched from Verizon two years ago and couldn't be happier. Todd is the most knowledgeable and helpful person we have ever worked with in our "cell phone" journey. We followed him to Centerville, after he left another store. There are several Sprint stores that are closer to our home, but the only one we go to is Centerville. Every time we have a problem, Todd takes care of it with kindness and thoroughness. He goes through all possible routes to get us the best fix for our situation. He has never turned us away with a "good enough," fix. He always make sure that its the best fix he can provide, and that the phone is set up just in a way that is most user friendly for me.
