Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

I stopped at the Auntie Anne’s location in Tanger Outlets, Lancaster. I asked for an Almond Pretzel and was told by the cashier they didn’t have any. I then asked if more would be available soon—he said no. I asked for a plain pretzel with a small drink instead, but was told there were no plain pretzels or small cups available.

At that point, I ordered a salted pretzel with a medium drink. After I paid and received my pretzel, a staff member brought out fresh Almond and Plain pretzels. I immediately asked if I could switch, but the cashier said no because the salted pretzel had already been handed to me.

I then requested a manager. Instead of coming to the counter, she shouted from the back that nothing could be exchanged once handed to a customer. She never came to speak with me directly, didn’t ask what happened, and didn’t offer any type of solution or even a discount for the mistake.

This was an extremely frustrating experience due to poor communication, lack of customer service, and a manager unwilling to address the issue. I left dissatisfied and will not return to...

Tragic how bad this place is…THE WORST. Save yourself AND your money.

Pictures speak. So here are two for you to absorb.

A, placed an order for a frozen drink and mini pretzel dogs for my son, a strawberry lemonade and mini pretzels for my parents. The clerk pushed this disgusting looking part empty cup of mini pretzels (that look as if she was snacking out of them) my way and was only too quick to grab money. I said those don’t look good it looks like some are missing, do you have any others? I got a NO and a TUDE. Then I asked if there are more being made and although you could clearly see an employee working on it she said no and if there were they’d be twenty minutes. A solid WASTE. Seeing that they had no care, no customer service I figure that they probably aren’t following any food safety protocols either. Don’t need food poisoning, don’t frequent this place. ...

If I could I would literally give them a 0 star for their service and food! They automatically charged me the tip amount; even though I didn’t even give them the TIP! I asked the cashier why they did charge it without my permission and they start arguing that I charge it even though she was the one who input the tip; I didn’t even want to tip them. The cashier said I want the refund for the tip they charge me and they said they couldn’t. They also give me a nasty attitude! The lady who give me the refund slam the receipt on the table hard and give me a nasty look! All those workers in there are all children who doesn’t even know how to serve customers. Also always check your receipt they’ll automatically put in the tip that you didn’t even want to...
