Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

The staff here is very unprofessional (especially the two young men); not only do they mess up orders, they are rude and give off a ghetto vibe. The service is slow and I do not think any of them can multitask. Every time, I have to repeat to them my order at the window.

This location is in close proximity to my work and I enjoy DD, but I may have to start going to Starbucks from now on. They are more expensive, but their staff actually acts professional and their service is 100% better. You can actually leave Starbucks without a feeling of, did they stir my drink with their finger or did they spit in my coffee because they had to redo it after telling them multiple times?

I am not one to write reviews like this but, this is unacceptable. Oh, and one last thing, they never fill the iced coffees to the top. It is usually a good inch from being full. When I pay for a large, I want a large. Not a medium and three-quarters. I mean is it that difficult? Employees at other DD locations are capable of this, why are they not? Poor management maybe? I do not know, but I do know that this place sucks!

I would recommend traveling a few miles to another location, or maybe even better, go the the Starbucks that is right...

Taking my time. Unhappy with my experience. Yesterday morning, going thru drive thru. Not enjoyable. Had to repeat my order multiple times. When I asked to just come to the window. after mentioning that I was giving my order for the 5th time, to give my order the person got snarky. When I got to the window, my order was sitting in front of the "manager". She did not immediately give me my order, I sat waiting for it. When she finally did, I asked about the issue with taking the order, that maybe something was wrong with the speaker. She stated she was training someone. No one was at the window with her the entire time I was there. NOW THE PROBLEM It is a given when this situation occurs that the order will not be filled correctly. GUESS WHAT, mine was not, I ordered a pumpkin donut and snackin bacon. Did not get them. So out a bit of money and did not make my day start out well. the "manager" did not take any responsibility for the issue and frustration, and her last words to me were "I hope your day gets better" Glad there are sever DD's to go to...

The Dunkin Donuts on E Lincoln Highway in Lancaster is the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. The employees at this location are totally awesome. Dawn leads a great team and consistently provides the best service ever. She addresses me by name in the drive-thru, knows my order before I order it and makes friendly conversation.

A lot of companies send out surveys and I'll admin that I do not take each and every one of them; however, I do make it a point to take the Dunkin surveys at the bottom of my receipt because I want to make sure the team is recognized for the great service they are providing.

Aside from the service, the qualify of coffee and food/donuts is great. The Iced Coffee is delicious, the donuts always taste fresh and the food is Veggie Egg White on a muffin is YUM! The only thing I wish that Central PA Dunkin locations would add back to the menu is the Apple Crumb Donut...I miss that donut so much!!! :)
