**FUMBLED** (SUPER BOWL EDITION Review) Oh boy, did Two Cousin's Pizza dropped the ball here... I called around 6:30pm on Saturday (2/6) looking to place an order for pick-up on Super Bowl Sunday. I wanted a medium Four-Cheese Sicilian pizza and two dozen wings (12 BBQ & 12 Medium). The girl over the phone explained they had an $18 Super Bowl Special (large cheese pizza and two dozen wings). If I could go back in time, I'd stop myself from even considering the option... I asked the girl if it was possible to do half BBQ / half medium wings for the special. I was put on a brief hold. "Yes, we can do that." Okay boom, I was sold on the $18 special. She asked what time I'd like to pick up on Sunday. I told her 6pm. She asked for my name and phone number. I gave it to her. She wrote it down and said, "Okay we'll see you tomorrow." Fast forward to Sunday (2/7), 6pm. Naturally there's a line of cars at the drive-thru pickup window. I parked in the lot and went inside. No one helped, let alone acknowledged, me for five or so minutes. I overheard the guy working the drive-thru window ask the next customer, "Do you have your order number?" She got this startled look of concern. "No, no I don't have an order number. I can give you my name and my phone number." "Ma'am, you need an order number or else we won't be able to find your order." The lady told him what she had specifically ordered. The worker started looking through the computer while another guy busy spreading out some dough barked some orders at him. The worker told the lady, "Hold on a second" and he shut the drive-thru window. He walked up to me -- "Can I help you?" I explained how I also didn't receive an order number... that I ordered the $18 Special over the phone the previous day... that the girl wrote down my name and number... that I had requested a dozen BBQ and dozen Medium wings... The guy spreading the dough said to the guy helping me at the register, "C'mon - faster, faster!" Register Guy couldn't find my order in the system. He was sweating and overwhelmed. Dough-Spreading Guy asked me, "You called yesterday?" He checked the various orders behind him and pulled out '14' -- "BBQ and mild wings?" I said, "BBQ and Medium wings, but I understand you guys are busy so I'm not gonna complain." (Oh, the irony, as you read this now!) Dough-Spreading Guy handed the order to Register Guy, who resisted at first -- "this order was placed this morning." Dough-Spreading Guy insisted it was placed yesterday (I think he was just trying to get me out the door). Register Guy rang me up. "Okay, that'll be 37..." something something. WHAT? I said, "No, I ordered the $18 Super Bowl Special. The large cheese and two dozen wings." "Yeah, but you got two different kinds of wings." "Yeah but I had asked the girl over the phone yesterday if I could mix and match and she said yes I could. Or else I wouldn't have gotten the special in the first place." Dough-Spreading Guy spoke up, "We don't mix and match wings for the specials." "But the girl over the phone said I could. I wouldn't have ordered the special if I couldn't do BBQ and Medium wings." Dough-Spreading Guy walked over to the register and tapped the screen a couple times and muttered something something "...fifty percent off." He went back to the dough. Register Guy says, "Okay, we reduced it. That'll be $29.26" "Hey man, I ordered the $18 Special. The girl over the phone said I could mix and match the wings. I would've just ordered the Four Cheese Sicilian like I originally planned to if I knew it was going to cost me this much." Dough-Spreading Guy comes back over to the register. They're both hunched over the register, stressed out looking for my order, and I noticed there was a line forming behind me. "Alright, y'know what? I get you're busy -- it's Super Bowl. I'm not gonna hold everything up and cause a scene here. Just charge it." I got back to my place and spread the food out on the coffee table. Only six BBQ wings. Pizza was subpar. I did not even get a receipt. What a s***** experience.

Pizza is a solid 5 stars and the only reason this place is even getting 2 stars; it's everything else that stinks. We have tried a number of things and have just tossed it all out. Tonight's new try was the traditional wings with suicide sauce to accompany our pizza because it's their Sunday special and we figured why not. We love spicy so we went with the hottest sounding sauce - suicide sauce. Suicide sauce is apparently just wings tossed in watered down tabasco then rolled in crushed red pepper. Weird, gross, and not at all spicy. Super disappointed. Come for the pizza, stick to the pizza. Oh, the blonde girl was not wearing a mask, but everyone else I saw was. (Was originally going to be 3 stars until I remembered that girl without a mask)

I ordered 24 pieces of the Jumbo Wings (as described on the menu) to go for a price of over $31 and when I got home they had only given me 22 pieces. That's not all though, the wings were described as jumbo but these wings looked like they came off pigeons, were extra hard and basically dehydrated. I will never get wings from there again,... don't waste your money.

My funny story for the day: Ordered from Two Cousin's Bridgeport Lancaster stromboli and some Ziti. Get all the way back to work and they call me saying they gave me the wrong order and want me to bring it back. Mind you, the lady who got the order for me, checked it. I couldn't see it cuz she turned it away, but she said it as good.

So I asked the guy, if you want me to bring it back, on my lunch that is almost over what's do I get. He tells me I get my order, I say I already have an order, I want something for wasting my lunch on this. 15% off my NEXT order, nah man I'm good I mean if you comp this order I'll bring it back but I gotta eat. He says no no can't do that, and gets mad (mind you he was being a rude he whole time) So I tell him I'm good I'll just eat the food I have. He flips and says fine eat it. I ended up with almost the exact same order plus 2 free cheese steaks, and an order of chicken linguine. They keep calling, the kicker is, they planed to give this order to the right person, an order that's been in my hands for 15 minutes, left their store, in my car then into my work. If I were that guy is want my order remade. Craziness.

Food was good, service was a joke and I got yelled at for...

I have always enjoyed eating at Two Cousin's Pizza locations. This was the first time I went here. We were picking up 2 pizzas and heading to our friends' homes. We stopped in and ordered on site. We wanted 2 medium pizzas: one cheese and one Philly cheese steak pizza. We received 1 pizza and one cheese steak sandwich. They would have made it right by making us a pizza, but I didn't want our cheese pizza to get cold, so we took what they made. I took some pictures, but the young lady didn't like me taking a picture of her serving up our order, so I won't post the pictures. Her/ the restaurant's loss! I was very disappointed with the steak sandwich. I almost always get a cheese steak when I go to a Two Cousins. There was something different about the roll. It didn't seem to be the normal roll. Oh well, the cheese pizza was very good and up to the Two Cousin standard. The dining room was clean and not very noisy as I waited...
