BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in East Lansing

Quite possibly the worst cappuccino I've had in my life. When I couldn't explain why I tasted burnt coffee in my cup, I opened it and there they were: burned coffee dirt. Honestly if you tell me there was coal in my coffee, I'd believe you. Right when I walked in, the vibe didn't feel right. Three "born-yesterday" teenage fresh faces were just chatting about, while only one stood in the corner doing a job. Those three, never stopped chatting for a bit, handed out my coffee without any announcement, then went back to minging. Yeah, the shop is full of its typical pretense useless virtual signaling ("there's only one human gender, yay!") and yet, their tenders can't even manage the basic function of a coffee shop: make decent coffee and be professional about it.

TLDR: a bunch of useless hippie-wannabe kids with no proper concept of work ethics made the worst tasting coffee at...

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Biggby Coffee, thanks to Chase! Every time I stop by, she goes above and beyond to make sure my order is perfect and always serve it with a smile. Her friendly and positive attitude makes my mornings/afternoons so much better, and her attention to detail ensures that every drink is crafted to perfection.

Not only does she remember my usual order, but she also offers great recommendations when I want to try something new. It’s clear that Chase truly loves what she does, and it makes a difference in the atmosphere of the entire shop.

This is a shout out to the DM/RM Not sure what happened. You guys had a great team at this location. On a Saturday morning no one should wait 30 minutes for a coffee with three people in front of them. Zero coordination, zero communication, zero effort to care about the people who drove to your location. I watched two people walk out without coffee after they paid because they couldn’t wait.
