Leo's Coney Island MSU — Restaurant in East Lansing

I ordered chicken salad and my salad had only lettuce and chicken and I paid 10$ for medium size how ever I went the next day to order and I told the girl my salad had nothing but chicken and lettuce she was like let me check the order book and she didn’t find my order and I wanted to order another one but that day for some rest my card didn’t work to pay so I was it’s okay just cancel the order but the lady was no let me know what I can do so she calls her friend and turn around to tell her about my issues thinking I was trying to get the food for free from them while I said it’s okay just cancel but then she turns and she be like I’m sorry I can’t help after she called her friend and tell her everything and it made me feel so embarrassed because I wasn’t trying to get food or discount from them it’s just coincidence that my card didn’t work and I had the issue...

I was there with my friend and my toddler. I unfortunately didn't get my waitresses name but she was awesome. We got there at like 7:45. Got food a little after 8 (we took forever ordering) and she didn't make us feel rushed or anything. They close at 9. Not 10 like we thought. So I felt bad. We tried to hurry and get out of there by 9. The entire time they were all so nice. My poor waitress was having a frustrating night and I hope we helped turn that around. She really was great. I just remember her letting my little one play with her sparkly note pad thing. Went to eat here with the family while passing through Lansing. The food was pretty good. The only complaint I really have is the staff spent a lot of time on their phone instead of working. Took a long time to get food with very few people in there. The wait staff messed up the order so I had to wait again for them to bring out the right food while my family started to eat. I took off one star because I wasn't impressed on how they couldn't stay off their device long enough to work and to constantly pull out their phone and put it back down then handle your food. I would give it a second chance because the food was good but, wouldnt go back if the staff...
