McDonald's — Restaurant in East Manchester Township

I'm done with this McDonald's. There is always an issue anymore. I had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes only to get told at the pay window, which I had wait a while because the worker was doing something else, that they don't have ice coffees. Another worker came over and told me this, not the pay window worker. They asked if I wanted anything else and I said no and left. You made me wait all that time instead of sending someone out to tell me? Or mentioned it when I placed my order?

Another time my coffees were so thick with cream that it was like I was drinking a milkshake and had to dump both. Most of the time I order large with lite ice and extra cream. I get medium, with full ice and no cream whatsoever. How do you mess that up? Multiple times?

Also, I'm tired of hearing the workers swear all the time when the afternoon crew is in. And having to hear about the one manager's bowel problems in detail while I'm up front waiting for my food. This same manager then crouched down and hopped to the back of the restaurant out of nowhere.

I guess this way I'll be saving myself money by just avoiding all McDonald's from...

Ordered food at the kiosk around 4:15 pm. Had to wait to catch the attention of a crew member to be able to get a receipt for my order. Employee informed me that the kiosk doesn't give receipts and seemed annoyed at having to take the time to print one for me. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, two special order double cheeseburgers, and a large fries. When I got home,my wife and I found that the fries had no salt, and NOT ONE of the three sandwiches had a bun that been toasted. They seemed as if they came straight out of the plastic packaging. I checked the McDonald's website to see if company policy had changed to using untoasted buns and saw that buns should be toasted and caramelized.While I ate my unsatisfying quarter pounder and the tasteless fries, my wife ate only half of one double cheeseburger and gave the remaining sandwich and 1/2 to our dog....needless to say, we will not return to the branch in Manchester, P.A.Although I don't expect Michelin star gourmet food from a fast food restaurant, I would at least hope for pleasant employees and...

The service was pretty bad. Every decision they made was the wrong one. First off they just plainly didn't make our order. 10 minutes later I mention it, and then they rush to fill as much as possible before they call back the sandwiches. This meant that while the burgers were cooking, they put our fries and nuggets in the bag. And about 10 minutes later the burgers joined the now cold fries and nuggets. The burgers were ordered with no onions, but sure enough was covered in onions. Not the end of the world if its slivers. But these were dehydrated onions, which are nearly impossible to remove. I have the unfortunate luck of having a bad reaction to eating onions. Making my meal essentially cold fries. After waiting for over 30 minutes for this atrocity, I just couldn't convince myself to wait for them to try to fix their mistakes again. Also. Didnt carry under 3 toys for my 1 year old.
