Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

We ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks on 7/29/17, when my daughter and I were driving home she yelled that something was burning her. I looked down and saw a big puddle of oil/grease running down her thigh and onto the leather seat. I stopped right away and cleaned her up. We had only gotten to the light in front of Friendly's. I got home thinking it was just a little bit, but to mine and my families dismay the pizza was literally oozing oil and grease and had soaked through the box already. We called and the manager and he offered to remake it for us on another visit. We used paper towels to absorb the oil so we could eat dinner.

Fast forward to Monday of this week and we decided to reorder the pizza, the manager comps us for the bad situation last time as promised. Unfortunately for us it was still a oily grease pit. It soaked through the box again and had to have the oil/grease soaked up in paper towels. I understand that you get a little grease and oil from pizza. However, when you can pour it off of the slices and watch it pool up on the plates, that's a little ridiculous. It's a shame that the quality is so bad. They are very close to us and would have been very convenient for our monthly pizza dinners. They really need to make some changes to improve their quality.

I have been ordering from a competitor. We got a menu in the mail this week. Between the menu and the wonderful ads on television, I was excited about trying Domino’s Pizza again! I will let you know that the menu in the mail is what made me want to try Domino’s Pizza again. We ordered specialty boneless chicken for my husband and “Build your pizza “ for both of us. I just love your app. It was SO easy for me to navigate. I’m so happy about the wonderful app and the ability to choose various toppings AND you can add any extra toppings and your app lets you decide one, two etc., which was amazing for me because the other pizza competitor only allowed double. Anyway, the pizza was so good that I was just SO happy. My husband had the specialty boneless chicken and he kept saying that it was exceptional!!! I am so very happy!! Everything was exceptional. I want to thank you for making exceptional food for our dinner AND everything came hot!! I could continue to go on more but I don’t want to bore anyone who is reading my review! I placed an order for delivery using my app. It told me that it would be delivered in 30min. After waiting almost 2 hrs for my food that I saw on the “tracker” saying it was sitting there, or something under the lines of “quality check,” I called, no one answered and it was still “ringing” or using that voice over automation from the time I left my house until the time I pulled up. I got there and there was literally only ONE WORKER! With almost 50 orders posted on their tv screen, to her trying to take payments for in house pick ups to making pizzas etc…that’s just way too much!! Her name was Cheryl, I explained my situation to her. She was super polite and actually changed my frustrations to sympathy/understanding seeing what she was doing all by herself. Honestly, they just need to close this store down if there isn’t any workers if they don’t do that then atleast take ONLY A NUMBER OF ORDER LIMIT AT A TIME!! There’s no way there should be that many orders coming in and there isn’t staff to cover it. Make a ratio for the workers and be considerate or close the...
