I know how hard the customer service industry is, considering I was in it for over 20 years.

So I want to begin by giving the staff some advice.

If the customer arrives for their order and you are running behind, I get it, things happen. Multiple orders can come it at once, and when you're short staffed, it makes it even more difficult. This is why honesty is the best way to go about it.

If you're running behind, let the customer know that, hopefully, they will be understanding.

Don't tell them it will be ready in 5 minutes and proceed to go another 20 minutes. If you them up front that it will take 20 minutes, at least they know what to expect. But if you tell then 5, and it goes much longer, then every minute that passes, the ire of the customer grows.

Reading other reviews, it seems that this location is short staffed, so I hope the employees can get more help soon. But remember, be honest, don't give false information with time frames that you know are not attainable.

Now to the food. I don't know if it was because they were in a rush, but where's the filling? All I tasted was bread. And the taste itself wasn't that great. To pay $130 for what seems like 10 malnourished hoagies that were cut up for a party tray is a travesty.

Let's just say I waited waaaay too long and paid waaaaaay too much to give this place...

I've been coming to this location for many years. It has always been good, but inconsistent for quite some time. However, it's been under new ownership for a couple of months now and it's been fantastic! I typically don't write reviews, but my last two visits were awesome, so I felt obligated. I always get a Primo Italian hoagie and also a Primo Turkey hoagie. Tonight's sandwiches were a 10/10. Not trying to be over-dramatic, but it was so good, I ate it extra slow! Solid-quality hoagies that looked just as good as they tasted! The BEST part to any sandwich is clearly the bread. I'm not sure if it was prepared differently than in the past, but it was hands down the best baked sandwich bread I've ever had at any Primo's or local hoagie joints. Roman-style....perfectly browned with a light crisp and airy dough. Primo's had slid down my list of places to eat, until recent, and I'm excited to return for more quality sandwiches in the future! The current Google rating should be reset for the new owner. Past lower-rated reviews are an injustice to the new owner and staff. I hope it maintains this level of quality and care for years to come! Looking forward to...

Primo Hoagies was a very impressive store. Their menu had some excellent choices, all the meats were fresh. I ordered a meatball Primo which was delicious. Their menu gives you plenty of choices to pick from. I love hot pork sandwiches and beef and a good Italian hoagie. My friends placed the order for a few other people and I felt bad because I didn't stop there when I was in Foot Solutions. And the owner was kind enough when Google maps ask me if I was there and I answered nicely but I gave them a 1 star which was unfair and the owner told me to check it out. I definitely will go back to Primo and order more food when I'm back in that area. I definitely recommend Primo Hoagies when your in...

A must have every time I go back east! The sandwiches are simply perfect 🥰 The service here was incredible and accommodating. I was traveling home out of state and he prepared the sandwiches to travel with special wrapping and ingredients on the side a plenty. The rolls came out fresh from the oven as I was there for the store opening. Something about the smell of baked bread is salivating and scrumptious. The store was perfect and clean everywhere, even the restroom. Nice decorated seating and welcoming. Easy parking and highway access. This service experience was memorable and I wished they had these shops back in Missouri.

Brad The owner greet you with a smile every time you come in you are so we never even though he’s the owner he doesn’t act above anyone all his employees have a great customer service they treat you well with a smile if you need something extra they don’t act like it’s coming out of their check to give you a pack and mayonnaise lol It’s also very clean inside and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends I also recommend it to my coworkers
