Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

On 3/27/24 i order 3 cocoa creme drinks one with coffee boba and two other drinks but when i receive the order it tasted different from past times i order this so I called back to ask if the recipes have changed or was there a mistake made. The lady over the phone had trouble communicating with me but kept on denying making any mistakes and thats when I got upset at how I was getting treated so I asked for a refund. She they give the phone to the manager and i give my phone to my friend because he is the one who pick up my order and he can speak languages more than me. He told my friend that if we bring back the three cocoa cream drinks that he’ll remake them and make it sweeter for me but when my friend arrived he told the drinks and refused to remake because he said he can not add sugar at all. He demanded me over the phone to choose something else but i did not want anything because i am upset at how i was treated so i asked for a refund. He then tells me he can not refund me and that i needed to call the website and he did not provide me with a number or email. I texted my friend to leave because its not worth it anymore. I was a loyal customer but this time i have to look for another boba place because how unethical this business treated me today and now i don't have the drinks i wanted or...

When I first arrived at the establishment my wife and I were not greeted accordingly (fair enough, but not a big deal, maybe they're busy, but there was no one there). We took a look at what we wanted to get, mind you we've been to several Kung Fu tea and many Boba places in PA. As we were ready to order, the lady was preoccupied with her two kids behind the counter and also ignored us and proceeded to put in an order for someone who ordered online instead. As I patiently waited for her to put in the online order, when she finished, she said, "What do you want!?" Instead of greeting with, "How may I help you?" I ordered the 'Strawberry Lemonade Green Tea w/ regular ice & less sweetness' and my wife ordered 'Honey Oolong Milk Tea w/ regular ice & less sweetness'. The chicken rice balls were absolutely delicious!! And there are SOO many Boba/drink options to choose from it was so hard to pick for my first time but the menu has step-by-step instructions to help choose your drink and I'll definitely be back to try other combinations in the future! I love green tea and they have berry flavored crystal Boba beads that were so good! Plus the guy was so nice about answering my questions and giving me recommendations on what I might like from the only other Boba drinks I've had from other places.
