Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

The girl with the obnoxious eyelashes in the drive through and the man with long blonde hair ought to be fired. I watched them scream at 2 customers in the drive through in front of me loudly enough for the whole line of cars to hear. One of the customers had kids in the back seat while the girl in the window called this customer a slur. The other customer was cursed at and screamed at by the girl up front. We waited over an hour for our food, which ended up being wrong. There were 4 people in that Sonic and they stood there and laughed when we asked why it took over an hour for our orders to go through. Then, they charged us more than $10 more than they should’ve. Items on our receipt we didn’t even buy, but noticed that the girl in the window was eating and drinking. Didn’t think anything of it until I noticed those were the items we were charged for. I guess the girl with the nose ring and false eyelashes is eating on the customer’s dime?? I’m considering calling the corporate number over this, because it’s honestly just that bad. Do NOT come here. Patronize other establishments in the area....

Food tasted good but there were some problems. I wanted corn dogs with chili & cheese. Seems this is not an option. You can add chili & cheese to just about everything else but not corn dogs. They had to ring it as a "side" of chili and a "side" of cheese. So, my $1.99 corn dogs ended up costing twice the price each. ($1.00 each for chili and $1.00 each for cheese.) They were more than their regular chili dog and there was only about a tablespoon and a half of chili on each and less than that of cheese. That's a shame!

Also, I asked what sweetener is in their sugar free syrup options, no one knows. I scoured the website and internet. The information is not available anywhere. I called corporate and they didn't know and had no access to it. Corporate told me to call the local drive-in. No one in the location could tell me and said I could call the manager the next day. SOOOO.... Guess who couldn't get a drink? I'm a diabetic and I cannot have certain artificial sweeteners.

I’m not coming back here. This is the second time they disappointed me the first time I didn’t leave any reviews. I did an online order for pick up and when I got there, everything I had was cold. I work in the food business. It was late the first time so I just took it as a loss now this time I come here and I’m trying to ask what’s the difference between The beef hotdog and a quarter long are they both beef first and foremost the person who was taking honor came through the speaker very rudely I said give me a second. I waited then when I asked him about the quarter he just stopped talking that I’m trying to figure out did you hear me or not and then he asked me so do you want to buy the cord and I’m like never mind because I already asked you the question is it or not is either yes or no and have no problem waiting for you to get the answer but they weren’t interested. I love sonic this is the closest one to me, but I guess I have to go to Delaware County or Jersey to get good service if they don’t like their jobs then shut...
