Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

Pizza hut is my favorite pizza place. They closed the one closest to me about a year ago. I usually get the Pizza Hut personal pizzas at target. I was overjoyed to see a new pizza hut opening 25 minutes away from me. The first time i went there, i got a vegetarian pizza. Absolutely disgusting. The peppers on it were very stinky, and it had no flavor. I tried dipping it in ranch, but all i could taste was ranch because the pizza was so bland. I tried giving it a second chance about 2 weeks later. I took my girlfriend to get some wings there because she has a dairy allergy. If there was any cross contamination, I was going to take my girlfriend to kung fu tea, right next-door for something to eat, and i was going to get a cheese pizza for myself to be safe and see if that was better than the vegetable one. We went in and ask if the wings have dairy. The women went to grab her manager. The manager said that the wings do not have dairy. My girlfriend asked if there was any cross contamination and asked if anything with cheese was cooked in the same fryer. He said "yes, the mozzarella sticks." before i could speak and order my cheese pizza for myself, the owner said "look, if you have a severe dairy allergy, than i would recommend leaving eating somewhere else." the 5 star reviews on here are definitely made by either the employees or their friends because i’ve ordered my food literally over an hour ago and im STILL INSIDE THE STORE WAITING.

i don’t care if they are still brand new and going through “growing pains”, there are literally at least 7 people working behind the counter with the store full of angry customers because of how rude and incompetent the staff is. i also witnessed a couple people SITTING DOWN in the kitchen, meanwhile one lady said she has been waiting for her food for 2 hours now!!

one lady gave me attitude because i had ordered through the app and mentioned that it said it was ready and she said “OH WELL WE ARE BACKED UP THE APP SHOULD OF TOLD YOU THAT” the other lady behind the counter is all smiley and dancing around with not a care in the world and it’s just making all of us angrier.

I know nothing will happen because Pizza Hut corporate knows this location is making hand over fist , and doesn’t care at all about customer satisfaction because people are still going to order pizza hut from this location since the next closest one is 25 mins away.

Was super excited to see a Pizza Hut ReOpen in this area, however this place might be worst than the one that used to be opened.

Called at 3:45pm, super SIMPLE order. Large Cheese Pizza, Large Pepperoni, two orders of breadsticks. I’m told it will be ready in 20 mins…

Show up 24 mins after calling.. Order shows on the screen in the lobby that my food is ready. I told the guy as the register my name and he starts looking. I can see that there is no order with two breadsticks and two pizzas.

They all start asking each other, one lady said she made the pizzas, but she don’t know where they are.

They said they can’t find my pizzas, it’ll be 8 mins to make two new ones. Whatever, I waited, took like 20 more mines def not 8-10.

Checked the food before I left, making sure they didn’t screw up even more.

Get home and the Pepperoni pizza is the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut, it was extremely doughy and undercooked, mind you, they did a layer of cheese, then pepperoni, then more cheese, it tastes horrible, threw the whole pizza out.
