Store itself was clean and well kept, however the employee who took my order was clearly new and undertrained. Noticing this, I checked my receipt and found an error. I had ordered a 6 piece chicken strip, but it showed a 6 piece nugget instead. I notified the employee, who offered to just switch it for the correct item. During our interaction, the manager came over and, without asking me what happened, told me that "The 6 piece strips cost more, you can't just switch them." I informed him that I had originally requested the strips and had not ordered the nuggets in the first place, and his response was to partially refund me for the cost of the nuggets and then charge me for the strips. This entailed me getting a few dollars in cash (I originally paid with a card) and then having to charge my card again, all to receive what I ordered in the first place. He also felt the need to inform the gentlemen that I was ordering with that he should have told them he was going to get sweet tea as the drink that came with his meal, as it is a different price than the other soft drinks. Nowhere does is say that sweet tea is a different price, nor that you're supposed to tell the person taking the order what kind of soft drink you are going to put in your cup. The machines are self-serve, and last I checked, a soft drink is a non-alcoholic beverage, which soda, juice and tea are all classified as, not to mention that the tea is right there with the rest of the sodas and juices. The attitude that the manager spoke to us with, without even asking us what had actually happened, coupled with the hassle of being partially refunded and having to pay again, earn this location 2 stars from me. If I can avoid it (which I believe I can,) I won't be...
Read moreThis McDonalds is noticeable from street. There is parking. During the morning I ordered 2 hashbrowns and hot cakes. When I arrived to work I noticed there was only 1 hash brown. So I called and spoke to Carlos. He was the manager on duty. He apologized and took my name and stated I would be given a hash brown when I returned. I then tried to eat my breakfast. But the hash brown was greasy and I threw it in the trash. It tasted horrible. I went back later today and there I saw another manager on duty. I explained what happened earlier and I spoke to Carlos to get my hashbrown. He was pleasant too. The remaining help crew was not friendly and had staring problems directed towards me. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds.....and after all of that aggravation of driving back out of my way to this McDonalds. The hash brown you would think would be nice and crisp since the M.O.D. (manager), dropped it at that moment in the fryer. NOPE. I haven't tried any of the other items other than the hot cakes. They were normal taste. The restaurant itself was clean in the...

The night shift grill person is dousing the burgers with a very huge amount of salt. Ifvi could go home and make my own food I would but I work late and I don't have Time to make food. It's why so.e people depend on you but you need to educate these young people doing things to the food so people would stop showing up. The dousing of tbe salt is being done purposefully. You best the sandwiches are horrible and we have to pay money for trash every...
