O M God , ufffff. This wawa in 14 E germantown pike these people who work there they are very lazy ,they are don't like customers, minimize don't take care about customer and not important when the customer, come to buys , no body at the register ,and when you call to pay take a time to come ,and 3 ladies walk around with their cell in their hand and goes to the back door doing nothing , these black ladies there only to get paid without doing nothing when you make orders they are not available to prepare the food, people come to pickup delivery ,uber eat ,Door Dash, or phone delivery food never be prepared.not a busy time, , they minimize don't take care about customer, put Mexican people working there. I’m someone that doesn’t really give good reviews. But this Wawa is an absolute breath of fresh air. The people that work there are absolutely amazing. Just wanted to point out the three people That made an impact on my Day. The taller gentleman with the ponytail that’s the manager absolutely amazing customer service skills. The gentleman in the facilities role, That guy is the nicest man I’ve ever met in facilities and he is a joyful individual. And a sweet lady that is the lead customer service associate every time. I’m in here she’s the nicest woman in the world to every customer and ask me if I need utensils Every time I have food. I really like Wawa, but my family and I had a terrible experience at this location. The hoagies were bad (they had a strange minty taste and the bread was not fresh)and the bathrooms were disgusting. I hate using public restrooms and this Wawa store is the reason why. Both bathroom smelled so bad, they were dirty and there was no hand soap and to make matters worse and employee was using the bathroom while we were waiting and he came out and went on to stocking supplies without washing his hands, because there was no soap in the bathroom.
