Steppy's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

A good place attached directly to a fancy modern bowling alley. Me and my 2 friends sat at a table near the bar. We had a nice server. I don't remember her name but it was a Saturday afternoon on 7/24/21 between 230-500pm. I was torn between the roast pork sandwich or just having wings. My server told me she had the roast pork and that is good. She was right. They give it to you with spinach on a kaiser roll. Not sure why not a long roll, because they had cheese steaks and hoagies. It was still really good. It was a slow Saturday afternoon, but relatively quiet with baseball on a few TV's to distract 3 guys catching up on old times. I'd go back there. It was my first time. I have been here before and never experienced any issues. This was the first time I sat at the bar here though and also I brought my wife here and told her how good it was. The service gets 3 stars only because the blonde bartender saved her coworker for me. If she was not working, it would be 1 star because he (I think I heard other customers call him Rob) was absolutely awful. He paid no attention to me and my wife and only focused on his buddies. I watched him stand in front of the computer putting someone elses order in for a solid five minutes because his friends were sitting in front of the computer and he was just talking to them instead of putting the order in. We were a large group of about 16 adults in to celebrate a friend's birthday. While the rest of the restaurant was fairly empty, the food took well over an hour to make it out to the table. They forgot one person's meal entirely; but said they'd take it off the check when they eventually brought it out -- yet, when we got the check, the missing meal was on it. It was a rollercoaster ride of screwups, having our lanes given away, then told we'd have to wait 30 minutes, then immediately saying we had to make it over in the next two minutes or else give up the lanes again.
